Definitely Maybe has aged the best and would still sound good if it were released today. The rest sounds quite dated.

Been to see the film today, it captures the emotion of the band and crowd in the various tour performances perfectly. It's the next best thing to having a ticket for the actual gig. Great to relive the footage from years gone by as this is a band that many people my age grew up listening to, and still do today.

Lucky enough to go to Heaton Park last year but doubt that I'll get a ticket when it's so pressured this time around.

Well I’ve registered.

 

The guys I went with last year aren’t really that bothered and even if I get a code it’s not going to be an easy sell with these ticket prices at Manchester.

It depends, the demand last time stayed crazily high so if it’s similar you would be able to move them on. I do wonder if the demand will be as high though.

Could never see the appeal at the time and still can’t. I don’t hate them but just never understood why they were so huge. Just like really MOR slow tempo “anthems” on repeat. I really quite WANTED to like them as they were a nice antidote to the middle class Blur but I just cannot see the appeal.
