Reading through various articles, its clear that nigel and the club are in a shightstorm of BS...instigated by agents and journo's with their own agendas. try as they might,  it won't  derail our promotion push...  message to everybody !  Ignore it all.. the gaffer is in control..

Can you please stop spelling 'shite' like that?!

Agents have more of an influence than you think and than you want them to have.

Will be glad when 23:00 31st of January comes

Agree with this totally.

I know managers moan about restriction of trade or similar bollocks but we avoid all the tedium of transfer rumours and Twitter know-nothings getting all excited for months on end and compress it into one month between September and June and we can concentrate primarily on football.

Unfortunately, when you sit top of the league in January your club intends to get unwanted attention and a lot of rubbish gets thrown about. Clubs will be linked to our players, but I'm sure it isn't going to cause any problems with our performances.

We are top of the league with scouts giving some of our young players glowing reports.

Add to that all the players who's contracts are coming to an end in the summer and this was always going to happen.

Most of it will be agents trying to get new or improved contracts for their players at Leicester, although the Foolham Liam Moore speculation seems to be more than just agent games in my opinion.

Which is exactly why the game should be cleansed of them and the disease they are.

This, it's really annoying.

What does the OP even refer to? The Kasper to AC thing? Or is this this year's equivalent of Wood dating Pearson's daughter and getting headbutted as a consequence about to hit the shelves?

The reason we have this shite is because we have the window.

It also inflates prices as it is the clubs only chance to make changes.

If it reverted back to how it used to be there would not be such urgency to get players in.

Plus in LM case if we sold him we could drag it out longer till we got a replacement.

The vultures that are agents and Twitter ITK's lol would have less of an affect if it was not just a short window.

Also having so many players with only 6 months left has not helped us at all.

If I were Kasper's or Dyer's I'd want my agent to go and find out what is out there for me - to me this is an agent doing their job.  Even if Kasper has no real intention of going it helps him in terms of knowing what his 'market wage' might be.

The CEO just needs to have his phone on silent, for the vast bulk of our players out of contract the best offer they will get is the one if we get promoted

Wish it wasn't true but you are bang on the money.
