Forest post-match

Did anyone else notice Vardy holding his thigh toward the end of the match?

Hope it was through the amount of running he did and not a strain

Dead leg and he's in for treatment today.

Actually I think Super Kev has grabbed the ball because he was planning to run over to the others and celebrate with the ball in the corner, delaying the restart, and Reid etc are trying to get the ball off him (and being a fvcking cvnt in the process by the way! From the looks of that vid that can't be far off violent conduct surely?)

it does look like violent conduct.

Have a look at the forest guy that lamps Super Kev. Billy doesn't mention that in his interview.

Sour Grapes from a nasty little man and with a short memory.

Is that Reid? Fat little cvnt. Wish someone would deliver a swift one to his bollocks. If they could find them behind his stomach.

Wanted you to beat Forest to put them on a downer but 10-men fighting for a 2-2 draw was the next best result for Burnley.

I reckon it will be Leicester champions by about 12 points with Derby favourites to snatch second. With Bamford, they can play badly and still score a winner out of the blue like he did against Brighton and Sheff Wed. With his spectacular equaliser against Blackburn, he has earned the Rams 5 extra points they probably would not have got.

I can't see QPR or Forest getting auto while they are still signing loan players left, right and centre. You need a settled side for the run-in.

Yeah I'd say so - if you do that say centre of field after a free-kick is awarded, you're a dead-man walking, you can't raise your arms at opposing players, and you certainly can't shove them. Frankly that he's got away with that is an absolute travesty.

Highly doubt that, the way we threw everything at them for the last few minutes says to me that time wasting was the last thing on our mind - I'm sure KP wanted the game to kick off again ASAP so we could do their end to try and get another!

That's Reid alright.. They took him off a few minutes after that

I only listened to the match on 5 live extra , but it seemed just on the commentary that many of our moves broke down with either a misplaced pass or over egging by Knocky.

Was this the case ?

Yes - Knockeart was pretty poor. Lost the ball a number of times trying to do too much

Happy with that.

Was happy with a draw before the match, so under the circumstances of being down to 10 men, missing a penalty (Albeit scoring from the rebound) very happy with the draw!

Let's follow up with a win (And results going our way :fc:) on Saturday!

I think Forest are better than Derby and will finish above them

If Forest had their luck and first team available they'd have 84 points by now.

In case you were interested, here's my post-match report:

Thanks for allowing me on your forum, will hopefully have the opportunity to come back next season.

Decent report and pretty fair, although I think you let yourself down a little with one of the ending comments " in my opinion we would have beaten them quite comfortably with a full side."

Yes you had a lot of injuries, the the vast majority are very recent though. Only Wilson can really be considered as missing most of the season, even Cohen played until the end of Nov. With that in mind we were already 11 points ahead of you by the end of November, and that's with you being able to field almost your best team.

Your manager was so worried about us he changed his tactics in the away game to do nothing but frustrate. Fair play, it worked and you got the result, you do what you have to do... but if you were that good you would have been confident of going into that game and being able to play your wonderful football and beat us in an open game. As it is, you employed spoiling tactics and were more concerned with stopping us playing that playing well yourself.

Most Leicester fans would admit we weren't at our best in either game, deciding you have the better team just because of those two games is a bit myopic. That would be like me proclaiming you to be nothing but a of boring, negative, defensive team, more concerned about others than you are yourselves, just because of the first game.

The table doesn't lie now, just as it didn't at the end of November when you were playing with a much less weakened team.

Other than that... good report.

To be fair, as things panned out I think they would.

I think out best team would have been able to see out that second half against ten men. I wasn't saying our best team is comfortably better than your best team. As things went on the night - as you say you weren't at your best (but still very good I must add) - I think Lansbury & Vaughan in particular, and especially Hobbs, would have seen us play better. But it's all about opinions, if you think they wouldn't have improved us who knows?

Was a good game though well played. Some of you have been a bit paranoid about me having a pop/saying you're a lucky team - honestly haven't meant to come across that way and it's not reflective of my views. I have stated on several occasions that I believe you to be the best side in the league and Champions in waiting.
