HEGGSY Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Also. He said the player on the left said caused the infringement, said player is also the eventual goalscorer, Mahrez, who is on the right side.
AKCJ Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Fairplay to Geoff for not bitch slapping the ****.
ScouseFox Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 fúcking hell what a cúnt i'd hate to have to pretend to like him if i was a forest fan. he is just a cúnt, plain and simple.
NewburyFox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Just happy to get a point from that. Apart from a spell between our first goal and their equaliser, and after our second goal, I didn't think we played that well. We struggled to cope with their three in midfield at times, and we didn't cope at all well with Reid's deliveries into the box. A few of our players had real off days today. Nugent and De Laet were rubbish, Knockaert lost the ball far too often, Dyer was barely involved, and Wes (regardless of whether Kasper calls, he has to clear it there) and Konch (stupid tackle) both made bad mistakes. Like most, I would've happily taken a point before the game. It's a point closer to promotion and one of the toughest games on paper can be ticked off the list. I'd be tempted to start Mahrez over Dyer on Saturday, he put in a very good performance today and deserves a start. Schlupp in for Konch at LB. Onwards and upwards.
Bert Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 image.jpg Jus to make that comment even more laughable Bear in mind Mahrez is still outside the box and it's already been taken Davies, what a bitter cvnt you are. He's on about James.
Vlad the Fox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 davies is an odious little **** and suited to that club. Instead of looking to blame everything and everyone he should look closer to home. The reporter should have asked him why, when 2-1 up against ten men he chose to play so defensively? Though that would probably resulted in him being bundled into a sack and tossed into the trent.
Leicester Lass Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Also. He said the player on the left said caused the infringement, said player is also the eventual goalscorer, Mahrez, who is on the right side. He was referring to Matty James.
Carl the Llama Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Also. He said the player on the left said caused the infringement, said player is also the eventual goalscorer, Mahrez, who is on the right side. Nah he said the player who eventually got onto the rebound - Jamesy.
Kilworthfox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Great point. Neither team deserved to win the game, but both had chances to do so but didnt.
Leicesterpool Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Decent performance with a decent result so can't complain, I tell you what that must be the quickest first half i've ever watched it went by quickly, apart from the goals I can barely remember much happening. Anyway i think most of us we're lucky to make the kick off tonight! the traffic down was hell, the coach i went down on departed at 5pm, normally it only takes an hour to drive to! we didn't get there until 7:30pm! So it was quite a rush, by the time i got to my seat the players were just coming out, like so many. To be honest i was surprised the kick off wasn't delayed! because when we arrived there other coaches were just arriving aswell. On the match i felt it was a hard earned performance from us especially when your ten men down! First half we took the lead but i felt we weren't settling enough, we seem to have kept panicking alot at the back and eventually that lead to penalty to be given. Second half much better and I do feel we controlled the game more, got a pen which i wasn't sure was one but never mind! couldn't believe Kev could miss that! at least James was nearby to set up the rebound! Again a result we all would have took pre match and once again another hard performed performance, next up Ipswich and I wouldn't be surprised to see a few changes in that starting XI
ozleicester Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 2-2 happy with that :) Davies you are nothing but a whiny little fvck
ozleicester Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Davies... "if you take Leicesters back four, and their three midfielders out of the team, theyd be a much weaker side"
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 If you can't win, if stuff you try doesn't work, if your striker fluffs his lines. Just make sure you don't lose. That's exactly what we did tonight. We did the same against Watford. The atmosphere tonight sounded seriously good for a non rival match. The same was mentioned by a number of media outlets. Forest really need to stop getting so into games with us ( remember lads it's cool not to care). I'm proud of the players tonight. We didn't play great, made silly mistakes. Shit happens. What I'm proud about is in two games they didn't give up. We spoke about the young players learning from last years campaign. What they learn from this one is equally as important in that they are learning different lessons and continually improving. On to the next.
Smudge Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 If he was our manager I'd be embarrassed. Maybe he has got Forest moving again and all credit to him but I'd rather be languishing mid table than having than **** represent my team
ithuriel Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Been reading some of the stuff on their forum, one or two think they are the best team in the division it seems and certainly better than us or Derby though another tree pointed out they are below both.
Guest PerfumePonce Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Apologies if this has already been posted, But look at this double act. Bloody love em.
deanolegend1989 Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 I wasnt at the game tonight but all these people ringing the changes? seriously if we start doing that the team will lose rhythm. team Id play: Kasper De Laet Moore Morgan Schlupp Knocky Drinky James Dyer Vardy Nugent. all this off form garbage or tiredness is just a myth. Keep playing that team barring suspensions, injuries and we will win the league with 100 points. Its when we start chopping and changing, we'll have a couple of games to find our feet, by then we'll have our gap cut going into the harder period..People need to stop thinking its football manager and rotating like a bloody Merry go round.
Dan Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 I thought we were second best but Forest deserved not to win for their negativity, seems to have cost them once again. Thought the ref was a disgrace for both teams.
Aus Fox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 If the players were out Bulilly suggested our team would be Kasper SSL Waysl Miquel Schluup Mahrez Hammond King Dyer Nugent Vardy I Still think this 11 would challenge at the right end of the table. Billy also suggests we have had 10 days longer break. Our last game was 10 days ago, so unless you played this morning Billy that's not true either is it? Oh dear pressure getting to you bill?
Carl the Llama Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Apologies if this has already been posted, But look at this double act. Bloody love em.
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 They had a good ten or fifteen minute spell in the second half when they kept the ball well but Billy Davies only has himself to blame. Forest fans can't surely like that man?
LanguedocFox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 This amuses me: "It started when I got sent off against Charlton (in August). I just walked over to the ref and told him what I thought (about Matty James being sent off and a foul on Kasper Schmeichel). I said: ‘You’re a ****ing disgrace.’" - Nigel Pearson, quoted by Henry Winter in The Daily Telegraph, 31 January 2014. ""I try not to speak too much about individual incidents, the officials have a job to do and I can't make too many comments about it, without seeing things again." - NP after last night's match. Fvck it, as long as the team are consistent!
teblin Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Have a look at the forest guy that lamps Super Kev. Billy doesn't mention that in his interview. Sour Grapes from a nasty little man and with a short memory.
Tommeh Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Scruff of the neck stuff from Danny Drinkwater to get us back into it 2nd half, showing why he's probably the best player in this league. The subs were pretty much perfect as well, I was sure he'd drag JV after all the work he'd put in, but to leave him on, pull Nugent and have Mahrrez, KP and Vardy all pretty much going through the middle was an NP master-stroke and one that could have won it for us. Great point to keep us ticking over with a healthy gap and 2 home games to come, both of which will like every game from now on be extremely tricky. This league is an absolute minefield in March and April, we all should know this by now. Couldn't be having a footballing dinosaur like Davies doing the double over us either, his tactics in both games were an insult to the 70 plus notes shelled out by both sets of fans. Added to his crying in the interview, that was magic. Hope we never have to play them, him or visit that world famous dump again. Up the Foxes.
