PerfumePonce Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Not sure if this has been mentioned already but isn't there an international break after this game? And you know what that normally means for us... HOWEVER lets stay positive and go with 2-1 Leicester. Knocky, Wood.
queensguardfox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Just a lil post why do people say we should rest dyer for the Burnley,Qpr and reading games? Championship players are professional athletes and are super fit. Im more then sure they could handle 2/3 games a week. I dont think they get 'tired' as such. Sunday league players play a game a week perfectly fine and no where near as fit as our players. So can we stop the 'can we rest dyer he looks tired' etc post. Dyer was on form a few weeks ago scoring goals assists etc just had a quiet few weeks no need for dyer dropped because he needs a rest post.

Of course your opinion is welcome, but as has been pointed out by many before me, this is a forum for exchange of opinion, so it's not really appropriate to ask people to stop posting opinions you don't happen to agree with

Wouldn't really class it is an international break in all honesty, just an midweek international game. (Which are pointless, but that's another thing.)
ousefox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Wow - we haven't beaten Charlton in the league since my first ever game Sums up my time as a Leicester supporter that Akinbiyi was the first player I ever saw score a goal for us!

(Which are pointless, but that's another thing.) It isn't an international break. We don't play next Saturday because Wigan are in the FA Cup, so our game was postponed. The good news is this means we are not obliged to lose

One Legged Beaver Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Dreamt the other night that James scored a first half hattrick in a 3-1 win and then played the game through on FIFA earlier with the score also being 3-1 so here's hoping!

Dan Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would be lucky to hit 24k? I'm struggling to see how this is any more or less appealing than the Ipswich game.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would be lucky to hit 24k? I'm struggling to see how this is any more or less appealing than the Ipswich game. Prices are more (I think) as there were some offers on for the Ipswich game
C-man Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would be lucky to hit 24k? I'm struggling to see how this is any more or less appealing than the Ipswich game. Quick scan of LCFC Direct earlier today. Charlton set to bring about 700. I don't disagree that's it's any less appealing but trying to get people to justify spending £60 in a week on two home games is tough. The fact is people seemed to pick Ipswich.

More so if anything we are 3pts closer to the dream. Long as we are winning I don't see a huge dip in attendance. If anything they will rise from now on. 27K for me with a 4-1 score.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would be lucky to hit 24k? I'm struggling to see how this is any more or less appealing than the Ipswich game. Does anyone know how many tickets we have sold for this game?

justfoxes Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would be lucky to hit 24k? I'm struggling to see how this is any more or less appealing than the Ipswich game. Especially as Chris Powell is returning and he is well respected and loved at the KP !! But sorry Chris we will be taking all three points, but it'll be great to see you back at the KP pity I won't be there bloody work !!
Steven Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Opta FactsLeicester have gone four league games at home without a win against the Addicks, drawing three (L1). Charlton have gone 10 league games unbeaten against Leicester, winning six and drawing four. Certain City win then.
sylofox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Well night all going bed long drive for the party tomoz. COYB
