The Blur Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 Its bound to be drugs.. shame. I can't take this statement seriously from a poster with a half paralytic man which is possibly the poster in the question as his avatar
Grandad. Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 Sad news, drugs or not, a young girl has lost her life and two young children have lost their Mother.
Mack Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Because she has been in the spotlight since she was born due to being a family member of one of the country's greatest musicians? Great campaigner I'd agree, great musician?! This girl must have been suffering huge torment to leave her two children
Buce Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Because she has been in the spotlight since she was born due to being a family member of one of the country's greatest musicians? Just not this country.
RobHawk Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Great campaigner I'd agree, great musician?! This girl must have been suffering huge torment to leave her two children Musics a matter of opinion, I think Bob is a great musician, not the best certainly but having seen him live a few times i think he's awesome! Don't know much about Peaches to be honest but is clear she never got over her mums death. Whatever the circumstances, its a very sad situation for a young mum to be dead. People will always be quick to judge but nobody knows how she was feeling and her thought processes. Mental health is a precarious thing and we all deal with things differently. Not only that but we don't even know if it was drugs/suicide related.
indierich06 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Reportedly dead. Such a young age and with two young children I hope this isn't related to drug abuse. Either way, RIP. Drug related? Its bound to be drugs.. shame. If she died of an overdose on drugs then don't RIP, because what a selfish and completely irresponsible thing to do by ruining your sons lives. If it's not drug related I'll eat my words, but yeah, no sympathy for her if it was self inflicted, only for her family. Sad news, drugs or not, a young girl has lost her life and two young children have lost their Mother. 5 posters assuming it's drugs related - based on what? Her mum was a drug addict, so she must be as well? ****ing hell. If my mum died of a drug overdose, then I can guarentee I wouldn't even ****ing touch them.
Rincewind Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Why are some assuming it was drugs? Could have been a fall, an accident in home an illness, an allergic reaction to food or drink or a number of other things

If my mum died of a drug overdose, then I can guarentee I wouldn't even ****ing touch them. Probably because she is a known drug user herself.
Guest MattP Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Why are some assuming it was drugs? Could have been a fall, an accident in home an illness, an allergic reaction to food or drink or a number of other things When in history has a 25 year old died from falling over in the house?
Charl91 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Probably because she is a known drug user herself. This is what I was about to say. She's known for at least previously being a heavy drug user, and with all the recent drug-related celebrity deaths, it's hardly a massive conclusion to jump to.
Soar Fox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 People need to stop hanging around with Pete Doherty. 3 of his friends have died in the last 3 years.
Fox92 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 5 posters assuming it's drugs related - based on what? Her mum was a drug addict, so she must be as well? ****ing hell. If my mum died of a drug overdose, then I can guarentee I wouldn't even ****ing touch them. I also then changed my mind and posted suicide (given her recent twitter postings). It's probably because her history - her mum died of an overdose and Peaches herself admitted to taking them.
Unabomber Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I'm with Rincy and thinking fall in the house, specifically utility room.
Alf Bentley Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Probably because she is a known drug user herself. When in history has a 25 year old died from falling over in the house? Media coverage suggests that she had been a drug user, but had given up that lifestyle and devoted herself to motherhood. She may have relapsed - and people are at more risk of an overdose if they've NOT been taking drugs recently as they can over-estimate their tolerance. As I recall, those were the precise circumstances of Paula Yates' death, hence some of the soap opera. However, reading between the lines, suicide sounds more likely. I'm sure that it's tough enough bringing up two children aged under 2 at the age of 25, after giving up a lively social life, without throwing in the complications of "celebrity" status and a mother who overdosed when she was 11. If so, terrible to think of someone with so much to live for feeling so bad that she wanted to do that. Terrible for the kids, too, who'll never remember their Mum, even if they'll doubtless be better cared-for, financially at least, than many in their position. All speculation for now, of course.... Odd accidental deaths do happen: a classmate of mine was killed at 17, driving down an empty Sunday road in Kent, when a large deer that had escaped from a zoo jumped over a hedge and into the windscreen of his car. A friend of a friend of my wife died at 30-odd, falling over and hitting his head (though he was paralytic). On a more minor note, a few months back, one of my mates managed to completely rupture his Achilles tendon walking down the stairs at home... Let's have one more chorus: "Enjoy yourself! It's later than you think..."
indierich06 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Probably because she is a known drug user herself. There's a difference between experimenting a bit as a teenager and being a full-on Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse.
MooseBreath Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 There's a difference between experimenting a bit as a teenager and being a full-on Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse. You don't need to be full on to overdose or take a bad hit.
Rincewind Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 When in history has a 25 year old died from falling over in the house? Admittedly it would be rare but it can happen. My point was we do not know the cause yet. She may have taken something. Two young kids can be a strain and the one thing to take away the stress she knew about would be pills. An easy way out. But then again if she was tired she could have slipped and banged her head. A hidden toy a wet patch.
Babylon Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Because she has been in the spotlight since she was born due to being a family member of one of the country's greatest musicians? Is Bob Geldof not her natural father then?
Rincewind Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 You don't need to be full on to overdose or take a bad hit. True. An anti-deressionant together with a cold virus can have a bad affect.
Babylon Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 When in history has a 25 year old died from falling over in the house? About three years ago when someone I know dropped dead with a brain aneurysm... It can happen. Clearly the girl has a history of drug abuse and my first thought was drugs because of that, doesn't mean that's definitely the case.

A hidden toy a wet patch. Is that hidden toy or a wet patch? Or is there a new range of toy wet patches available that I haven't yet seen?
Alf Bentley Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 True. An anti-deressionant together with a cold virus can have a bad affect. What's an "anti-deressionant", Ken? Is that a pill that prevents you dressing yourself involuntarily?
Rincewind Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Is that hidden toy or a wet patch? Or is there a new range of toy wet patches available that I haven't yet seen? A wet toy.
Rincewind Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 What's an "anti-antidepressant", Ken? Is that a pill that prevents you dressing yourself involuntarily? Yeah I noticed that but thought the spell checker was doing its usual American thing.
cambridgefox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Yeah I noticed that but thought the spell checker was doing its usual American thing.what, talking loudly and whooping ? Right I'm off for a corn dog and soda, bloody hell, mine is doing it now.
