Dyer departs to Watford

Well he was about the only one who could come out of last night's game with any credit...by scoring.

A few players certainly proved to Sannino they aren't worthy of starting games despite the alleged moaning...

Pleased to see he has scored 2 already , I still feel he could have done a job for us pace does it for you in any league . Good luck for the future lloyd -I know he left for the longer contract who wouldn't .

Let's get back on form for arsenal - I think we could do them .

Not sure the cup games will be a priority any way

Up the city

I don't know how to copy tweets and post on here but apparently rotherham have enquired about dyers availability. .. if available what about a cheeky seasons loan... that way we get our way of having him for one more year only and he still has his three year contract with Watford. . Gota be worth a go just as a squad impact player

Time of the month?  Maybe the thread should be moved to 'General Football and Sport'

Just can't believe people are still talking about him he's been gone for quite awhile now and he's not coming back.

Personally don't want him back. As much as I liked the player, he would of just been a squad number (occasional sub appearances).

Some on here are interested in players that have moved on and as this is the 'Dyer thread', it seemed the most appropriate place to put it.

You've lost me there mate, where do we come into this from Rotherham and Watford?

Nevermind, I get it. Still, nah.

was just a thought as nige wanted to kp him for a year but he wanted a longer contract .. wud suit both parties

To be honest though I think its s case of me putting two and two together and coming up with approx 10000

as far as im concerned its right to put it in here.. a forum for open didcussion on a particular topic.. in this case dyer

whoever said get over it... makes me wonder why you're visiting this thread to be fair?

Any offer seems to have been rejected.

Personally I'd like to keep him - got the pace and experience which we lack and already got 3 goals despite not playing much.

he's a decent championship pkayer and I think would've made a good impact sub for us

How has this made 8 pages. He's gone, get over it, and took his left foot with him. We have better options now.

Dyer got better with age.

He has always been rapid but it took him a couple of years to develop the confidence and belief in his pace. Last season he was playing with experience, confidence and that little bit of class. He believed in his pace and used it to benefit the team. He also became more versatile.

He's not the best player in the world but neither is Knockaert, Mahrez and Albrighton. People tell us to move on but I don't want to listen. I really believe Jeff Schlupp has a lot of potential, don't you just think working with someone like Lloyd Dyer would really benefit his career.

So what, there's no room for sentimentality in football. Whatever. There definitely is room for Lloyd Dyer in this squad.

Oh and whenever I post about Lloyd Dyer, I just have to mention Bolton away. Can you remember that. That was little bit good, wasn't it!
