ozleicester Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 Guess who wont be starting for Watford on Saturday.
Captain... Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 It isn't clear that he is shouting at the boss, he could have been receiving stick from the fans behind the dugout, but if that was the case I'm surprised he has come out to explain that it wasn't aimed at the boss. Very weird reaction to scoring, especially as he just blasted it in from close range and didn't do anything skillful.
Carlos88LCFC Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 He should have stayed. His pace would have been appreciated this year coming off the bench. Certainly would have come on instead of Schlupp last weekend and would probably have finished the attempt.
lgfualol Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 He should have stayed. His pace would have been appreciated this year coming off the bench. Certainly would have come on instead of Schlupp last weekend and would probably have finished the attempt. Dyer's first touch would have taken him completely the wrong way though
Haydos Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 Schlupp was awful and Dyer would have been too. A quick as he is he's not a Premier League player. Man City couldn't handle him so I'd say he would have caused trouble of the bench against a fair few teams.
Beliall Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 I suspect we got rid because we want schlupp to develop there
Spiritwalker Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 The biggest surprise in the Everton game was how the game seemed to change with the introduction of Jeff. It just goes to show that pace will trouble teams at all levels. Just a shame Lloyd has traded in being an impact sub in the Prem for a team he loved for being an impact sub in the Champ for Watford.
Charl91 Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 I still can't believe he has gone. He was my favourite Leicester player too. Truly gutted.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 getting rid of Lloydy certainly a big error on our part, unless he asked for a guaranteed starting place
Captain... Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 getting rid of Lloydy certainly a big error on our part, unless he asked for a guaranteed starting place You're the second person that has said we got rid of him, we didn't we offered him a contract he turned it down.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 How on earth can you tell that he's having a go at the manager in that clip
Spiritwalker Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 How on earth can you tell that he's having a go at the manager in that clip You can't, but that along with the reports coming out of Watford about player unrest withthe manager and Lloyd not getting a starting place leads us to put 2+2 together.
Foxhateram Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 He clearly shouts pick me if you read his lips. Poor chap, always rated him. Shame to see him in distress like that.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 He clearly shouts pick me if you read his lips. Poor chap, always rated him. Shame to see him in distress like that. Why would he be shouting that at the crowd?
ScouseFox Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 He clearly shouts pick me if you read his lips. Poor chap, always rated him. Shame to see him in distress like that. like being back in pe when you're mate's captain
fox_favourite Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 I was really disappointed when Dyer left. It's fairly clear that he is blue through and through and felt let down by the club. But to see the mild mannered speed demon that we used to love to react like that, something is definitely not right at Watford. A possible loan signing?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 I suspect we got rid because we want schlupp to develop there We didn't get rid, he turned down our offer.
Fox92 Posted 22 August 2014 Posted 22 August 2014 getting rid of Lloydy certainly a big error on our part, unless he asked for a guaranteed starting place We didn't get rid, that's already been covered, but it wasn't a big error on part. Easily replaced, and probably a ready-made one in Schlupp.
