MozeyCo Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 Seems good busines by the club and a payback and opportunity for Nuge. Good all round decision. I think Nuge can suprise us this season, hoping for 10 plus goals
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 I think the 2 year deal is brilliant business. Think he will know he's not starting every game next season but think when he does he'll do well.
Guest Col city fan Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 City's most important signature of the summer so far IMO. Edit... after Pearson's..
teblin Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 it would have been "great news" if we were still in the championship, now its just "OK then lets see how he does " for me, not convinced he can step upIts great news as last seasons top scorer and assists provider has decicided to stay.
Unabomber Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 City's most important signature of the summer so far IMO. Edit... after Pearson's.. And Kasper's
kingcarr21 Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 City's most important signature of the summer so far IMO. Edit... after Pearson's.. we are still waiting on THE most important signature. Bout time Pukka signed on the dotted line and brought the Balti Pie back.
Haydos Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 We were playing hardball for that 2 year deal then, sounds like we outplayed his agent. Pleased with that.
Babylon Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 Good - The guy has been top scorer for three seasons, top assister two of the last three. So I'm glad he's got the chance to try and prove himself in a higher league like the rest of them.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 10 July 2014 Posted 10 July 2014 Great news! Big fan of Nuge. Cannot wait to see him score against Southampton in the coming season!
Bert Posted 11 July 2014 Posted 11 July 2014 Good - The guy has been top scorer for three seasons, top assister two of the last three. So I'm glad he's got the chance to try and prove himself in a higher league like the rest of them. Can only echo this. He's a massive part of our team.
AyewJoking Posted 11 July 2014 Posted 11 July 2014 Does this mean we wont sign a striker better than Nugent?
shade Posted 11 July 2014 Posted 11 July 2014 Does this mean we wont sign a striker better than Nugent? not unless we can afford ronaldo, messi or suarez.
GingerrrFox Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 What was the game Nugent ran back into our box and gave away a penalty? Was it last season or the season before?
Corky Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 What was the game Nugent ran back into our box and gave away a penalty? Was it last season or the season before? Birmingham, April 2013
VLC86 Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 What was the game Nugent ran back into our box and gave away a penalty? Was it last season or the season before? That was Brum at home the season before last. I was close to tears.
GingerrrFox Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 Birmingham, April 2013 That was Brum at home the season before last. I was close to tears. Cheers lads I couldn't remember when it was, I was discussing our chances next season with a few mates who support different clubs and they brought it up when talking about our strike force.
65RosesFox Posted 14 August 2014 Posted 14 August 2014 didn't see the point in opening a new thread for it. but looks like he celebrated signing his new 2 year contract in style....
