wakeyfox01 Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 How about no music, but real fans singing real songs and chants, creating an atmosphere with banter back and forth with the Everton fans? Old school I know, but it was so much better back the. & better than the bloody music drowning us out like it does now. Worked well for the trophy celebrations at the end of the season didn't it...

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 It's gonna be I Got A Feeling and we all know it so lets not get our hopes up.
sylofox Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Big screens on and show 10 with Bo Derick. Then you can have a real w4nk fest.
FoxyJim1987 Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 On 2nd thoughts play what a waster by the libertines really loud and have marko futacs face on the big screen. Bit of humour should calm the nerves.
NewburyFox Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Probably some shit dance tune before the gay horn I love the post horn gallop. The only thing I'd change about that is that it has to start just as the players walk out, rather than letting the birch do his pointless introduction first.

Each to their own, its just very old fashioned and has on occasion been played really badly leading to embarrassing squealing sounds.
NewburyFox Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Each to their own, its just very old fashioned and has on occasion been played really badly leading to embarrassing squealing sounds. It's original to us and has links to the city, and the guy usually plays it perfectly, plus human error is natural. What would you replace it with?
Bayfox Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 It's gonna be I Got A Feeling and we all know it so lets not get our hopes up. This shit should be banned purely on the basis. Cardiff played it after that play-off shootout and for that reason alone I ****ing hate that song with a passion. A little part of me dies every time we play it when we win.
buzzy Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 what a stupid thread we still do not know if fixture is going to be moved and if it is this kickoff time not that stupid bitch who won x factor and who really supports millwall
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Worked well for the trophy celebrations at the end of the season didn't it... I admit it did, but also wonder if you are old enough to have experienced anything else? And I don't mean that disrespectfully, you have to be of a certain age to have experienced a pre match in professional football without being force fed 'atmosphere' over the PA system. If we can replicate the last game atmosphere at each home game then I'd be happy with the modern way, but if we struggle this coming season I'd rather the vocal fans who group together try and develop a siege mentality, but sadly this is difficult to achieve in the current modern stadium. That's said, I was in SK4 for the donny game and it was almost entirely sat down and quiet, dispite best efforts from me and my 2 lads.

Fair points it is unique , I say sexyback by timberlake as the players strut onto the pitch then begin a highly technical team dance with nige choreographer
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Back in the PL after 10 years, new players to see, a full house surely you don't need to music to the crowd up for it? Well said.
bluebeau Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 Eric Idles "Always look on the bright side." It always goes down well at funerals & cheers the mourners up!
Guest ttfn Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 It's gonna be I Got A Feeling and we all know it so lets not get our hopes up. I'm really looking forward to that blaring out after a scrappy 0-0 draw with Hull.
ElusiveEd Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 With some of these foreign players we are being linked with signing we should play The Ting Tings' That's Not My Name especially for Alan Young.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 This was really cool against Doncaster, got goosebumps when the champions flag was being lifted over the Kop.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 1 July 2014 Posted 1 July 2014 On loop for 30 minutes prior to the bugle chap coming out and covering Pantera's "Walk" following massive public pressure. Half time is a Muzak version of Pantera's "Walk", with synth panpipes.
wight88 Posted 2 July 2014 Posted 2 July 2014 We can systematically get through all of this over the course of the season and perhaps even play it during quiet periods during the game.
FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 2 July 2014 Posted 2 July 2014 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KJ-0cj9J5QSomething relevant to leicester, and won't half get people going!
