jimmeh Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Definitely. Looks like we have chosen him over Mcgoldrick. This lad will have cost a few million.
dayday Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Is this man good? Most improved kid at the club, they will be gutted to lose him
Raw Dykes Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 I doubt he'd leave united just to join our development squad. I'm not saying he'll start but you'd imagine he'll be in and around the senior team? Or off on loan to a championship club? Maybe. Even if he is just one for the future, he'll know he has a much better chance of getting in our first team than Man Utd's.
lcfcsnow Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 http://www.redcafe.net/threads/tom-lawrence.356148/page-7 - seem to rate him highly
jimmeh Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Surely for the development squad then? Not so sure. Think he's too good for that. Probably make bench or loan to another championship team.
Eddie Big Balls Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 http://www.redcafe.net/threads/tom-lawrence.356148/page-7 - seem to rate him highly Hes a good player but they get carried away about youth players over there . Nevertheless I would back him to do well for you guys for sure. I would see him being backup to Mahrez/Knockaert for you I think.
Fox 4 Life Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 2 united fans at work raved about him. Proper Pearson signing this
Finnegan Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Finnygun must be overjoyed! Someone tweet Knockaert to befriend him. I want him down my barbers.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 As has no doubt been said elsewhere, I really can't grasp the idea of him leaving Yanited's development squad to join ours. Considering Pearson's want to bring in another forward before midnight I'd have thought he'd be in / around a fair few matchday squads. Always nice to see other clubs disappointed about losing a player.
Ric Flair Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 He is the sort of player I expected us to be after this summer, likewise Powell. He has all the attributes to play at the top level but probably won't do it with Utd so it's good we have that link with previous Man Utd youngsters.
Jace Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Only signing for us I'm really interested in today more so than the Defoe rumours
Dr The Singh Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Finnygun must be overjoyed! I know finners has a thing for young footballers, he must be tossing himself right now!!
Finnegan Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Omg Emyr Huws available for 2.5m, proof money means nothing to city. He's going to be a top six premier league midfielder at least, that's crazy money. Love it if we dived in there to intercept that for a taffy double swoop. He'd learn so much from Cambiasso.
STUHILL Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Hope we can get this done. I think we just need another striking option and although young and untested, Man U fans rate him highly (above Powell)

Finnegan Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Watched him opening day, got some talent there. Huws? He's got the true marks of a good midfielder, good touch and great composure. Always looks like he has time on the ball. I like him.
