He is so annoying, the worst is when he makes a call like a pen or something then they show a replays which proves him to be wrong yet he still insists he was right. Point being when he said Fabregas slipped away at Southampton when it was a clear pen, and he also did something ridiculous at the world cup re goal line technology but I can't remember exactly what (fortunately)

France vs Honduras - France had a shot hit one post, roll along the line, hit the keeper and just cross the line according to the tech. The goal line tech showed the first didn't cross, the second did and Pearce flipped out about how the tech had failed as a goal had been given when the tech showed it hadn't crossed the line. He was like an old man struggling to understand computers - it was beautifully farcical.
