Matt Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Atleast we can't lose next week. That's as good as a win at the moment!
GingerrrFox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 If we create chances for Ulloa and Vardy they will score. Now we just need to create them.
Unabomber Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Nigel came down from the stand to the touchline near the end so his knee health is obviously improving.
Larry_LCFC Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 We are about to be treated to some incredible international football. Oh wait.....
theessexfox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Schlupp apparently, a good choice at left-backs. Centre-backs continue to look (apparently) solid. Not awful defensively.
ronnup Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Schlupp apparently, a good choice at left-backs. Centre-backs continue to look (apparently) solid. Not awful defensively. I can't see today as a positive defensive display.
theessexfox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 I can't see today as a positive defensive display. Thompson on SSN saying how excellent we were defensively for the first hour is what I'm basing it on. Frankly, being undone by a good goal from Long against a top side who have been scoring fairly freely suggests to me that we're relatively solid at the back on the whole.
Buce Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 But for conceding a last-gasp equalizer against Burney, we'd be 15th.
Matt Posted 8 November 2014 Author Posted 8 November 2014 But for a last-gasp equalizer against Burney, we'd be 15th. Such a big word.
LanguedocFox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Our defence was solid until the last 15 minutes. Long did really well with his two goals, although there's an argument that one of the defenders should have closed him down more quickly. And if Wood had taken that chance on 85 minutes... I'm not disheartened. We've got a couple of winnable games next, preceded by an international break which will allow NP and his staff to work on the players. And most of the results round us when our way. 6 points off 8th place is better than we might have expected, and we are still miles better than the last time we came up. Goodnight
1993fox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 The only positive I can think of today is F*rest going further and further away from the playoff places. Think that's it. Edit: Yup. That's definitely it.
lgfualol Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 We can watch Mahrez play a game for Algeria, before never seeing him in a Leicester shirt again.
One Legged Beaver Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 The only positive I can think of today is F*rest going further and further away from the playoff places. Think that's it. Edit: Yup. That's definitely it. With a victory?
1993fox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 With a victory? Oh for fvck's sake I just realized they snatched the game. No positives today then. Goodnight
smudger63 Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Our under 18s won 5-0 against Fulham, and are top of their league! Altogether now, "They`re top of their league, They`re top of their league Our under 18s, they`re top of their league"
st albans fox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Main positive is that we will have a championship winning squad next season. This is the silver lining of not signing any premiership standard players.
