foxes_rule1978 Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 This thread is foxes talk all over. 14:59 tofay people were calling him to get sacked If polls are to be believed the majority have been behind pearson all season. Just that when we lose or not doing well it brings out those minority who think he should go
iancognito Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 If polls are to be believed the majority have been behind pearson all season. Just that when we lose or not doing well it brings out those minority who think he should go True, supports never dropped below 80-85%. Guarantee that "David from Lest-oh" will still call through to 6-0-6 / random phone-ins demanding Pearson resign.
Guest Col city fan Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 I don't think this needs mentioning anymore. Pearson is clearly gonna stay.
Fox92 Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Is this a joke?? We got lucky today So. You could argue Spurs were lucky on boxing day. I've lost count of how many times teams have come to Filbert Way and "stole" three points.
iamafox Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 I think it's only fair to give Pearson a chance to do some transfer business in January, he just needs to bring in the right players and hopefully we'll survive.

Yea we all need some look I agree, but 13 games without a win is not just down to bad luck, anyway Im happy for the win, but let's see were we are 5pm jan, 10th
dayday Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Do hull have a forum? Amber Nectar forum, very naff one at that
Unabomber Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Amber Nectar forum, very naff one at thatAmber nectar?Says it all. Pathetic.
Jace Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Transfer window is still make or break, at least now we will go into it with a win and only 3 points away from safety. If Pearson is the real deal and Terry Robinson was holding him back then he now needs to really go out and prove it, Cambiasso hopefully will have the ability to bring in the quality we need. Proof today we haven't been unlucky at all today was 1 of the luckiest results we've got for a long time thats football will be a very interesting 2nd half of the season.
MIAMI_FOX Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 About bloody time we got the rub of the green for once But also lets give the boys some credit as although it was backs to the walls for the 2nd half the commitment they showed and heart throwing themselves to block shots. Imagine how nervous they were knowing how long ago it was since they won, fair play to them and deserved a bit of fortune I agree only one win. But what a big win. If hull had won today they would have been 9 points clear of us

Why will Cambiasso have the ability to bring in quality? Will he be writing the cheques? What a lot of nonsense...
foxes_rule1978 Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Why will Cambiasso have the ability to bring in quality? Will he be writing the cheques? What a lot of nonsense... Well I guess having a name in your team can have some sort of pulling power...
Jace Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Why will Cambiasso have the ability to bring in quality? Will he be writing the cheques? What a lot of nonsense... No its because he's a footballer who has played at the very top level for a long time, when you consider he has played for 2 big European clubs he would be friends with several more quality players than Jamie Vardy would know from his days at Fleetwood for example. How you thought that would mean he would writing the cheques is pretty shocking to be honest
tickler28 Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 If we'd sacked him a month ago, and it was Pulis getting that result, he'd have been praised as a bloody saviour. A win is a win, doesn't matter about performance or luck, it's 3 points This post makes zero sense. If wed sacked him a month ago and pukis had took over wed still have lost some 4 games on the trot before this win?!?!

Always assuming that the club wanted them and could afford the wages.
jimmeh Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Dulwich Hamlet vs Hampton & Richmond: Can we sing this for pearson
Jace Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Do you honestly thinks going to be ringing his mates up at Inter Milan and try to persuade them to sign for Leicester? Always assuming that the club wanted them and could afford the wages. Yeah possibly or maybe players he knows who are of a Premier League quality but not at Inter Milan too
Dr The Singh Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 :xmaslaugh: Yeah right, glad we got 3 points, but anything else, we would be shouting our arses out, at how poor we were in the second half!!
Webbo Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Konchesky has played for England, should Pearson ask him if any of his friends fancy a game?
Jace Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Konchesky has played for England, should Pearson ask him if any of his friends fancy a game? Konchesky has 2 England caps bit of a shit comparison and even if he had 100 caps the large majority of England internationals are very well known to the Premier League already. Were you in a psychedelic state of trance the whole time Sven was here signing players he had connections with from previous clubs by any chance?
