It was obvious he would get sent off at some point. A great servant to our club over the last 3/4 years but he's so far past it now.

He might have been lucky not to get a yellow for his first challenge as well that was late and wreckless.

Very very soft second booking ..... just don't see why he deserves the criticism he gets. He's not great, and could have easily watched as his man got the other side of him 5 yards out at 0-0 .... But the bookings - why criticise for that.

When on a yellow, you have to stop diving in, and be very careful how you go into challenges.

He has been a scapegoat and a weak link, the whole defence has been poor, but he's took more flack than others, but hopefully we will get a better left back in, and he will be used as cover not first name on the team sheet.

He was lucky to make it that far in my view, thought that the foul he made on about 10 minutes would have been a yellow had it been later in the game. He started the season with consistency and reliability but that just seems to have gone entirely in the last month or so. You'd expect better from our most experienced Premier League player.
