WardyisPukka Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Yes just listened to Pat Murphy who was bang on the money about NP i'm afraid
PAULCFC Posted 9 February 2015 Author Posted 9 February 2015 Pat Murphy get's more out of Pearson in a couple of minutes, than Stringer does in a month. transcribe then sure it'll be available as a podcast or something.
stingray Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Sir Steve Claridge not impressed with Pearson's antics. Am Lawrence calls Pearson 'weird'
CosbehFox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 I find it feckin hilarious all these London based journos all of sudden have any opinion on us. The Midland based journos are a bit more fair.
WardyisPukka Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 transcribe then Pat Murphy get's more out of Pearson in a couple of minutes, than Stringer does in a month. sure it'll be available as a podcast or something. Murphy actually said "I don't take kindly to taking lectures about what is news and not news especially from Nigel Pearson" He then went to say Pearson should if nipped it in the bud today when he had a chance too but refusing too only added fuel to the fire and now thinks this issue will linger until its finally resolved
yorkie1999 Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 As they say, Theres no such thing as bad publicity, Bet the KP shop in Bangkok has sold out of boxing gloves.
splinterdream Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Maybe they should start selling balloon heads
Trav Le Bleu Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 As they say, Theres no such thing as bad publicity, Bet the KP shop in Bangkok has sold out of boxing gloves. And crisps.
oxfordfox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Good listening on radio5. Good listen indeed. And TalkSport will be discussing it with Collymore after 9pm ...
Sharpe's Fox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 I find it feckin hilarious all these London based journos all of sudden have any opinion on us. The Midland based journos are a bit more fair. Absolutely. They only come when they can make a story about slagging someone off. I'd say the sharks are circling but these London sports journalists (gossipers) remind me more of some sort of genital parasite.
fazzyfox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Breaking news, Arsene Wenger who was Arsenal manager yesterday still is today and still will be tomorrow, official club statement to follow + 91 other clubs statements re similar situations.
pazzerfox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Collymore sticking up for Pearson with the host Sam Matterface slating him. I think it's generally a 50/50 split on big Nige.
johnny the fox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 As long as we go at Arsenal full throttle I don't care...
FLINTHAMFC Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Patricia Murphy doesn't give the first stuff about Leicester City. Nigel was spot on to give him short shrift. Whatever happened is none of his decking business. If I were Nigel, I would have said I don't need a morality lesson from someone who works for an organisation that rapes the best part of £150 from the pockets of the poor.
CosbehFox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Collymore sticking up for Pearson with the host Sam Matterface slating him. I think it's generally a 50/50 split on big Nige. Collymore is one of the few in the media happy to go against the grain and upset all the chummy lot within the media.
Webbo Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 So now we have Lineker and Pat Murphy to add to Stringer on the foxestalk hate list?
EastAnglianFox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Sam Matterface is a tit! What Natalie Sawyer ever saw in him I will never know.
Tuna Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 So now we have Lineker and Pat Murphy to add to Stringer on the foxestalk hate list? And Chloe Albrighton, the balloonhead agent, Jason Bourne, James McArthur, the **** off and die fan, Murphy, Jenas and of course Rob Dorsett.
cjslcfc Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Interesting points on 5 Live and Talksport tonight. Thought Pat Murphy actually spoke pretty well and gave a very balanced view. Good to hear Collymore back Pearson. I do like him as someone who knows his stuff and he speaks very well on Talksport. Just because people say bad things about Pearson doesn't mean they are tw*ts. His actions have been somewhat weird and deserve criticism, as well as defence. I think both sides of the argument have very good points. It's no good Nige saying the media make the most of it. He knows this well so should be more considerate and thoughtful about what he does/says. I know it's difficult under the pressure he's under but he doesn't help himself at all.
EastAnglianFox Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Sometimes I find myself thinking Collymore goes against the grain to attract Attention/Fans but when you listen to him he really does speak a lot of sense regarding many clubs
Buzzell Posted 9 February 2015 Posted 9 February 2015 Absolutely love CollymoreHe was class tonight.Sometimes I find myself thinking Collymore goes against the grain to attract Attention/Fans but when you listen to him he really does speak a lot of sense regarding many clubsI thought he was a bit of a cock but after listening to him tonight he talks about lot of sense.
