sylofox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Two that will start Wes and Konch two that won't start Hamer and Albrighton. And how much time will he spend in training on passing and controlling the ball.

Tuna Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I like the way so many pick Albrighton despite the fact we all know our useless manager will never pick him!

Dan Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 How everyone's still backing a 5 - 4 - 1 after that is beyond me. Sure, it worked well vs Arsenal, and at times today vs Villa, but it's far too negative. Everton are not the confident team of recent years, and their defense can be frail, so **** 5 - 4 - 1. I think we'll get a result either way here tbh, but 4 - 5- 1 Hamer Konchesky Huth Wasilewski RDL Schlupp James Hammond Cambiasso Mahrez Kramaric Realistically it'll be 5 - 4 - 1 without Schwarzer / RDL / Hammond / Wasilewski. Have you seen how shit our defence is? We leave it exposed, they will pick us off for fun, that's regardless of how good they've been by their standards.
cjslcfc Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 In typical fashion we will probably play really well, hit the bar and post, miss one or two sitters and lose having got a late consolation goal. I think even if we play well and win I'll be a little pissed off because of how we play shite vs. teams around us and save the good performances for the bigger teams.
MHC Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 We'll lose and Pearson will live to fight another day (another loss). It appears the owners are happy to accept relegation along with some of the fans. I've heard remarks thrown about like "the Premier League isn't the be all and end all". Actually it kind of is, I'd take a relegation battle and finishing 17th in the best league in the world over finishing in the play offs only to be on the receiving end of a routine loss against Watford or some other Mickey mouse outfit any day.

J.Lisemore Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Southampton all over again. Negative tactics, attempting to hold out for a 0-0 draw. Predictable narrow loss.
Guest Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Seems like apathy is kicking in amongst the fans.. probably will the players too soon.. Pearson definitely hasn't lost the dressing room yet but you wonder how long that might last if he sticks around.

Agree..it seems we've spunked away this season!.. And I cannot understand why the owner's have let this happen?.. Clearly Pearson has been completely out of his depth and has let his own petty personal feelings have a negative affect on the team (Albrighton, Knockaert for example)... Our chance of survival went when Pulis went to wba.. We should have sacked Pearson when he was available!!!
