the-blue-wildabeast Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Lennon??? Like Pearce at Forest??? Won't work..... Stick with Pearson he's learning!!! Is he??????
Charl91 Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Lennon??? Like Pearce at Forest??? Won't work..... Stick with Pearson he's learning!!! Is he really? I was unsure, but after that Villa performance, I'm convinced that he isn't.
Swiss_tony Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 blow up 3 premier league grounds so they have to drop out of the division for rebuilding. (this is a joke for any MI5 sniffers reading).
biggs Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 A remote implanted in the ball so our shots find the target
cullenfox Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Keep our heads and not panic. Also cross our fingers for luck.
Mike Oxlong Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Not only will we stay up but we will win the league. In a parallel universe
I blame Wellens Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Lennon??? Like Pearce at Forest??? Won't work..... Stick with Pearson he's learning!!! Learning what exactly?
Benguin Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 We need to beat: Everton Burnley Newcastle Swansea QPR Hull West Brom Lose or draw those games and we're pretty much set for relegation. Likely bookie odds in respective order: 3/1 1/1 19/10 23/20 1/1 1/1 19/10 So it'd be like pulling off a 540/1 accy.
Dan Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Pearson to discover his best team. Forget all sentiment and pick players who'll deliver. It really isn't impossible. Highly unlikely, but not impossible. Huth could make all the difference in defence and Kramaric all the difference in front of goal.
Nick Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 We'll need any five wins out of the 13 I would think.
indierich06 Posted 20 February 2015 Posted 20 February 2015 If we win every game between now and the end of the season playing the formation I use on Football Manager, we'll be sorted. ****ing easy, this management lark innit? Pearson - sort it out son.
Crinklyfox Posted 20 February 2015 Posted 20 February 2015 Realistically we won't stay up unless three other teams near us all have appalling runs from now to the end of the season as I don't see us getting half a dozen wins.
The Guvnor Posted 20 February 2015 Posted 20 February 2015 Hamer De Laet Was Huth Konch Albrighton James Cambiasso Mayhrez Kram Ulloa And don't f^ck about with this team keep it as a default
cc_star Posted 20 February 2015 Posted 20 February 2015 3-5-2 Hamer Was Huth Upson RDL Drinkwater Hammond James Schlupp Mahrez Kram 4-2-3-1 (yes, King quite a stretch on recent form, but had good partnership with Hammond at beginning of season, before a dire & overrated Cambiasso & a weaker than expected Drinkwater.James ruined it) Hamer RDL Huth Upson Schlupp Hammond King Mahrez Drinkwater Nugent Kram Or how about last season's good old fashioned 44-fvcking-2 Schmeichel RDL Morgan Moore Konchesky Mahrez Drinkwater James Schlupp Vardy Nugent
Benguin Posted 20 February 2015 Posted 20 February 2015 Wood and Kramaric need to have a go together. I can not stress enough how brilliant I think this partnership would be. Wood is not our best striker but he has all the attributes to ensure Kramaric gets several clean cut chances. Play 442 with Wood and Kramaric and well win 6 or 7 of our final games.

Mmmm Not a bad shout but kamaric has got to stay up top and let wood do the running around
SecretPro Posted 21 February 2015 Posted 21 February 2015 What is with FoxesTalk and this love of Wood? He is shit. Did you see all those clubs coming in for him in January...
Rushden fox Posted 21 February 2015 Author Posted 21 February 2015 Fact is, he hasn't had a run at it really. He needs a chance..no worse than the others
Lookatthebluesky Posted 21 February 2015 Posted 21 February 2015 Fact is, he hasn't had a run at it really. He needs a chance..no worse than the others Only ever seen Wood have one decent game - Fulham at home in the cup. That night he was a handful for their defenders. All too often his first touch is poor, he lacks mobility and in general does not work hard enough to secure his place. What do we need to stay up? I've tried to be positive this season and I do not want us to become a club on tha 'manager merry-go-round' but what we need is a bloody miracle (and Wood is not the miracle we need).
