cityfanlee23 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Note this..... Cambiasso has had a superb last twenty minutes...offensively and defensively. Good lad.. Said it before I'll say again, he's mentally our best player, and has that bit of class, I'd love to see him at the top of a diamond able to move forward and put decent passes into 2 strikers
Merging Cultures Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 He listened to col, Lee and me and stopped the suicide passes.
ronnup Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Cambiasso should be captain. It's amazing that he's not Cambiasso should be captain. It's amazing that he's not
glenelgfox Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Let's go for a third - there's space opening up for us!
Fox on the edge Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 I'm not happy... I feel bloody ill. Felt better when losing ha ha.It's ok. I'm sure it will pass. Especially at full time. When we win
cityfanlee23 Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Cambiasso has been fantastic. For about 15 minutes yes
Strokes Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 It's ok. I'm sure it will pass. Especially at full time. When we winShhhhhhh don't say shit like that.
AKCJ Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Cambiasso, Huth and Kramaric...take a bow. Probably the only 3 players with genuine Premier League quality we've got and it's shown today.
MC Prussian Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 You talk like speaking out against Pearson is some sort of crime. He's just a football manager, I don't want him shot. I don't even want him sacked desperately. I just want him to have faith in the football that got us promoted. The bottom eleven or so teams in this league are not drastically better than the top half of the championship. The so called gap between the leagues is a myth. The only real gap is between the top six or seven in this league and everyone else. I can see why he's opting for a more defensive setup and reverting to extremes, such as a 4-5-1 or even a 5-4-1 lately. In this league, you're found out so easily by playing overly aggressive (e.g. attacking), as your mistakes up front are punished way harder at the other end. We somehow walked the Championship last season because Pearson had faith in his team and the management and because he had the luxury of getting to know the league quite well over the course of three to four years!
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 22 February 2015 Posted 22 February 2015 Standing ovation in my front room for Cambiasso. He's been immense. For a player at his age to work so hard for almost an entire match is excellent.
