I don't even want him sacked desperately. I just want him to have faith in the football that got us promoted. The bottom eleven or so teams in this league are not drastically better than the top half of the championship. The so called gap between the leagues is a myth. The only real gap is between the top six or seven in this league and everyone else. No he doesn't. He provides balance from the swathes of miserable ranting as do I.
