Vlad the Fox Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 The fact that this pisses the football chant police off is hilarious and enough of a reason to carry it on.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 I think the snt supporters did it a long time before we did Oh Never really watched it so wouldn't know The fact that this pisses the football chant police off is hilarious and enough of a reason to carry it on. No disagree, It was very cringey, just funny as a one off. PLease let's not keep it going.
Bamba's Babes Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 It was a one off. I am more offended by the obsession of making a new song a club anthem after a week and the top of the hymn book.
Monsell1976 Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 I stand at the top of l1, near the away end, that drummer gets full of himself, and was done as a bit of fun. The lads around me did it, and it's spread a bit, it was funny, just don't get why some on here take things to serious.
LCCFox96 Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 The atmosphere in the stadium yesterday was the best it's been for a long time. Contributed to by all blocks/areas of the KP from first whistle to last. Don't see the need in petty accusations of certain areas celebrating below par. It was a bit of fun and if added to the atmosphere and helped carry the team home then 'whoop whoop' is all I can say.

Monsell1976 Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 Who drums in L1 now?Ain't got a clue, but in my opinion he's ruining it, to loud and to long.I think he thinks he's in a marching band, suppose to encourage songs, not bang the life out of the drum, and kill the songs. If he reads this forum, help aid the start of songs, even give it a bit if the songs dying out, but please stop the constant musical performance.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 He does do the 'duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh leicester' far too quickly
Raj Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 I found it amusing, a bit sad if you're wound up by it really. It was hilarious!People need to chill out and stop telling folk how to have a laugh
Filbert_Ross Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 It's opening back up! I lived at Passion/Storm in the late 90's and early 20's. Great times.
AndWhat? Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 just sounds like a few lads having a laugh that caught on. Some people need to chill out!
daddylonglegs Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 i sort of agree with the 'let people celebrate how they want' but oh my god I've never cringed that much at a football game before. - The synchronised clapping to uptown funk -The poznan then to top it all off the whooping is genuinely the most cringe thing i've seen this season. christ. L block is supposedly the 'men'al 'nutty geeza's' and they're acting like a bunch of 15 year old girls
Raj Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 Ffs just celebrate that we've we on a fooking game,it ain't happened often enough this season to warrant how to celebrate or if its cringe!!!
DennisNedry Posted 5 April 2015 Author Posted 5 April 2015 Normally not one to criticise any noise - it's better than silence - but there has to be a line! What is this all about? what is whooping? Go to 33 seconds on this video, closest thing I could find. You hear pissed up girls doing it in clubs.
blueharmie Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 To be fair. Atmosphere sounded pretty good on the TV. Especially the last ten mins when we sang we love you. Much better than other Prem teams. Anyone heard the Arsenal? Jesus.

Corky Posted 5 April 2015 Posted 5 April 2015 It was a one off. I am more offended by the obsession of making a new song a club anthem after a week and the top of the hymn book. But we're the Leicester boys, we make all the noise everywhere we go.
davelcfc100 Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 The only things I've heard mentioned by our own fans about the atmosphere against west ham are negative, yet the neutral sky commentators and my own opinion we sounded loud and got behind the lads from the go, it worked and the atmosphere was good for a change: let's pick lots and lots of faults

I watched a stream on Saturday and I was proud of the fans, really got behind the team throughout. I couldn't care if it was whopping or WLY or WYS or the frigging venga boys. I think not enough is made about how much supporting the 11 men out there can drive a performance (notice I'm not saying points), but it can make a small difference!
Wozzler Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 He does do the 'duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh leicester' far too quickly Defo needs to be max of 86.5 beats per minute!!
