Next season who would you like to see come in?

Nathan Redmond from Norwich to replace Knockaert. Still can't believe he's going.

Obviously need to get Cambiasso to agree an extension and Huth in from Stoke.

Need a solid left back and central midfielder in my opinion.

Hopeful a couple of youth players like Lawrence can step up and make the grade too.

I can see us getting rid of wood. If a promoted team offers nugent 3 years and regular footy then I can see him taking it.

I'd prefer that Bolasie at Palace but I'd be ok with Ozaki...

Excited about the prospect of out of contract Marcell Jansen, seems like a perfect signing to me to replace/cover Schlupp. LB/LW, pacey, great crosser of the ball, 6'3, he's potentially got it all to be our best ever left back. Getting on a bit at 29.

Plenty of players out of contract that we could try for

Jansen

Huth

Flamini

Flanagan

Demerai Gray

Mulumbu

Outsiders that we could atleast try for

Kaboul (Providing we sign others to make us more attractive)

Andre Pierre Gignac (linked with west brom)
Ron Vlaar (probably not
Sergio Romero (free - should kasper go)
Gourcuff

Could also cherry pick the relegated teams for cheaper signings -

QPR -
Phillips
Fer
Caulker
Tripper (probably go to a top half team)

Should Hull go down*
Michael Dawson
Chester
Huddlestone
Hernandez (probably be too much though)

I've always rated Mulumbu. Not had a great season but with some work in pre season could be a decent partner Esteban

Agreed, he's a decent player, very underrated and has been unlucky with injuries, but given a full pre season and an injury free season, he's the sort of player we need, a real stong box to box midfielder that doesn't shirk a tackle and is good on the ball.

Flanagan would be a top signing also but again injuries an issue. Hugh is a must and I expect will be announced in the next few weeks.

Huth lol

I wouldn't have Caulker, Chester or Hernandez.

Wouldnt mind them, if they were cheap enough, I expect they would want too much for caulker and Hernandez.. but Chester is a Decent defender.

Wouldn't touch anyone at QPR personally and in doubt Pearson will either. Flamini would be fantastic for us and totally believable too.

Trippier would suit or style of play if we were to continue with it, and Huth is a must.

I think there's a strong possibility of us signing another top striker and Kramaric not being around long.

Schmelzer can play left and right

Yeah, but it's not like he's available on a free this summer - is it? His contract runs until 2017 and that means we'd have to pay a lot more money than for Jansen.

I wouldn't want any players from the teams going down, same with players from the championship that haven't played at the top level.  We have our own academy/U21 players that show promise.  It took our players that knew each other a while to adapt to the Prem, we don't need scraps we need quality, ability and experience from day one.  All new players should be better than our best starting 11.  Saying that I would take Jota from Brentford.

It's a shame that Knockaert is going but I'd rather see him play good football for someone else than nothing for us.  The same for Hamer, a fellow beard brother and a good keeper but he needs to play every week.  I can see him at somewhere like Brentford where he will shine.

I was a big critic of Morgan when he was making stupid mistakes as it was the same mistake again and again.  Huth seems to have made him aware of his surroundings and he seems less nervous and more confident, he's found his feet in every way.  Hopefully they are drilling this into Moore and he'll get the chance to step up.  Maybe the time away from the 1st team has made him hungry to prove his worth and learnt to manage his expectations.

We need to clear out the dross, stop wasting money on wages for players that serve no purpose.

Out

Simpson

Upson

Konch

Knockaert (best for Knocky)

Nugent (stay if we can't replace with better)

Wood

Bakayogo

Logan

Hamer - Loan (only as he's wasting his talent on the bench)

That's 100K+ a week saved

In

Huth

Was/Cambiasso/Hammond renew for a year

Marcell Jansen LWB

Bashkim Kadrii LWB - can play anywhere on the left, pace and can score from distance with both feet

Lewis Holtby

Jota

A marquee signing like Dimitri Payet at Marseille . - Someone to takeover and lead our Midfield when Cambiasso slows down

Shinji Okazaki

A front 2 of Vardy/Ulloa/Okazaki/Kram with Mahrez/Kram drifting behind and running at defenders could produce some great attacking football.  Tom Lawrence and Moore should get a run out next season, that's the only way they'll get better.

Reece James, Wilson et al might be the hype players at the moment but we have our own young talent that the club should be developing with Prem experience, not doing the job for other clubs.

A little bit more of my soul is destroyed when someone mentions Caulker. Seriously?

I would suggest that anyone who wants us to sign Caulker take a look at Newcastle's goal

on Saturday.

It's cityfanlee123, what do you expect really.

Flamini is going Watford ive heard.

Although we dont really need him, I would love Rudy Gestede. Dont think theres many strikers in our country that can do what he does so effectively.

Trippier

Van Aanholt (if Sunderland go down, been impressed with him all year and played well yesterday)

Huth

Just a 'solid' premiership cm like Adam Craig Gardner, Cleverly. Solid in the sense he would be not too expensive but gets the job done, not neccessarily his style of play.

Nathan Dyer

Sergio Canales

Kermogant= Decent!

Would like Noble, Pritchard, Mitrovic (Will probably go to a bigger club)

Vanden Borre from Anderlecht wouldn't be bad either

Posted

I like Matty Phillips at QPR, shown a lot of fight and character in their last 7/8 games, been their stand out player, can really push on too!

Out of all the QPR players I'd only take him or Austin
