Atmosphere on Sunday?

Should be a great day out. Not sure my nerves could have stood it if we needed a result. So just relax and enjoy.

As an aside, would be nice to see Rio Ferdinand put in an appearance. I'm sure he'd get a nice reception given what he has been through. But I suppose it would entirely depend on the player as to whether he wants to return to work so soon after his bereavement

If someone is bringing a ball we can have sk1 and the east stand v family stand/west stand. I' ll play up front if that's ok, 15000 per side

Couldnt we have the kop and L1 playing together... :)

Up at Sunderland, I retrieved a large football in my semi pissed state, threw it up in the air and whacked it as hard as I possibly could. The ball then flew into some poor sods face two rows behind! I felt a right c**t (apologies again if your reading this). So beware the alcohol/inflatables combo!

Will we all feel sorry for the QPR fans Sunday

I agree, I think we should spare a minute for them. Such a tragedy whats happened there, signed a bunch of overpaid nob heads and its somehow gone pete tonge. Gutted.

Peeps going on about the clappers or whackers as some call them :o but thinking about it, they are a modern day replacement for the old rattles that you see in those olden day matches for noise making.

I'm just going to chill and relax and enjoy the game.

They always do stripe it slightly differently last home game, last seasons was very similar but at 90 degrees, not diagonals and straight stripes.

It will be cut a few times more between now and Sunday though so might not look like that.

Personally I prefer circle stripes starting from centre out, Mexico 86 springs to mind.

Family Stand bring inflatables and please remember it's the Family Stand, they need to be appropriate. We don't need some poor parent having to explain what the purpose of a particular inflatable is.

Let's have a fantastic atmosphere to finish the season off. I was so happy at Sunderland, a brilliant atmosphere again by our travelling fans.

The team has achieved an amazing Great Escape. Let's raise the roof with noise and create a fantastic visual effect with inflatables, Ticker Tape and balloons.

Spread the word amongst your mates, use Twitter, Facebook and good old WORD OF MOUTH!

I've been into the new party shop (let's party) in Syston today and got myself some fine blue and white balloons. Let's make it look like we used to at Filbert street and Wembley with thousands of balloons and a huge paper storm.

Come on City.
