ScouseFox Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 more english grounds should be called arenas. bet365 arena sounds way sicker than bet365 stadium.
NotQuiteAFox Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 They'll sack him a game before they play us. We all know it. There's not a single bit of defence for him now. Not even the cup run. He's clearly not taking them forward. They're absolutely shite. I will be distraught if we don't beat them. Doubt it. It would make no sense to sack him with 4 games to play. My bet is if they don't make the cup final he'll announce hes leaving at the end of the season or they'll chop him.
Merging Cultures Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 more english grounds should be called arenas. bet365 arena sounds way sicker than bet365 stadium. Are you talking Ebola level of sickness or diabetes?
Sharpe's Fox Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 What would sound better for us Foxy Bingo Stadium or Fox News Arena?
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Have slightly wondered before if Stoke would rename their ground.
Leicesterpool Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Martinez needs to win the cup or he is out... Probably on borrowed time, I can imagine he must be nervous knowing that someone like Moyes is available and he might drop an hint about going back there. I tell you who I think would be great appointment for Everton... Eddie Howe.
Babylon Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 I tell you who I think would be great appointment for Everton... Eddie Howe. Interesting call.
Leicesterpool Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Are the rumours true about Flores possibly going or is it paper talk? Yeah I've heard that, doesn't make any sense they seem to like to sack a manager every season. Flores will be good appointment for someone else though.
Richmondfox Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Will next season finally be the season where pudits/fans stop talking about Everton as a 'big' team and treat them as the mid table team they are? The fans can't use the 'on paper we are better' excuse anymore as those players haven't done anything of merit for the last few seasons.
AjcW Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Eddie would be perfect for Everton. They're going to have some cash next season two now they've been taken over. Last night and last few weeks have shown their reliance on Coleman though. He was absolutely brilliant against us, really like him as a player
Jimothy Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Britannia Stadium will be the bet365 Stadium from next season... Can they do it on a wet Tuesday at the bet365 doesn't have the same ring to.

The fans can't use the 'on paper we are better' excuse anymore as those players haven't done anything of merit for the last few seasons. They've been in and around the top 6 for most of Moyes era. They are the 4th biggest club in England with a £28m striker and several experienced Internationals. Martnez has turned them into bottom half fodder. In 7 years of PL management Martinez has had 1 top half finish. He's an utter fraud.
Matt Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 As much as I dislike Arsenal, we want an Arsenal win here don't we? Arsenal shouldn't catch us but we want them to pull away for United so their chances of making a CL spot are slim before we play United.

Man City have to play Arsenal so whoever loses or if it's a draw someone will be in touching distance if Man United keep winning. So they'll be motivated/believing regardless

In the case c'mon you Baggies, lets all point and laugh at Arsenal! TBH as much as I want United to have nothing to play for when they play us, i'd love Arsenal to fall out of the CL spots, love it.
Koke Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Could do with WBA getting a point or three so they will have more confident going into the Tottenham game.
MC Prussian Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 A point for West Brom or a surprising victory for the Baggies would do. Anything to narrow it down to a highly likely two-man race between us and Spurs.
rmahrez Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 Haha its empty West Brom's performance here should give us an indication towards their chances on monday night. Would be nice to get the top 2 finish wrapped up as well tonight.
Matt Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 They're here, they're there, they're every-fucking-where, empty seats, empty seats!
promised land Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 The empty seats at the Emirates lol Usual isn't it for kick off and full time, waltz in late, go early.
EastAnglianFox Posted 21 April 2016 Posted 21 April 2016 More than happy to have the Albion have their big night in London next week anyway.
