Merging Cultures Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 There not going to play to his strengths. He wont get his threw balls that he gets for usYeah, he was off running and Barkly took about 10 touches rather than getting the ball forward quickly.
Carl the Llama Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Walcott, Townsend & Vardy now, this should be a pacey final 10 minutes.
Soar Fox Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Would have liked to have seen Vardy down the left with Austin through the middle.
Guest ttfn Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Ross Barkley has been shocking since he came on. He is always shocking. He had about 10 good games for Everton in 2013-14 and nothing since. People talk about Sterling being overrated but he has been far better than Barkley since they both broke on the scene around the same time.
Merging Cultures Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Leicester in tour flag in the background. Not as good as a Thai flag....
ADK Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Not sure he's best suited to play in the middle of the 3, would have him on the left or right.
martyn Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Austin should be playing the role Vardy is tbf. Complete waste of Vardy playing as a central lone striker
Carl the Llama Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Yeah he looks wasted down the middle, not getting anything to run on to.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Yeah he looks wasted down the middle, not getting anything to run on to. He is playing for England, you know that means players aren't played to their strengths
Dan Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Buzzing for him but he'll bag himself a place on BBC3 sadly simply because we're not even attempting to play to his strengths as I knew we wouldn't. Townsend has actually looked decent to be fair to the bloke. He's an odd one him.
Merging Cultures Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Vardy is so skinny, yet he often knocks defenders off the ball. It's quite impressive.

Dan Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Vardy wins the ball in the final third. He has therefore had a better game than Rooney, Lallana and Sterling. No whinging about him from me. Townsend is one player that is better for England than his club English Podolski.

Guest kristianity77 Posted 7 June 2015 Posted 7 June 2015 Quite possibly the worst game of football I've seen. And thats not even a joke. Absolutely horrible football to watch.
