thebluefox Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 They don't get paid by the week. Neither do the players but everyone talks about their weekly wage
Webbo Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 I'm not surprised to be honest, you wouldn't believe how much those Mario brothers wanted to charge me to replace my boiler....
Guest MattP Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 If that's all we are paying Walsh given he runs our scouting system he deserves a pay rise.
Babylon Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 Think the OP's humour is a little too subtle for some on here. I think you give the OP too much credit.
MrSpaM Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 It would be nice to get an insite into how much staff are paid tbh
Gerard Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 After winning us the PL finally, I was offered a new deal but negotiations broke down and now I'm manager of Luton Town having just signed Konchesky on a free. Funny old game is football. Can't see Mourinho managing Luton anytime soon.
Moto Hello Posted 10 June 2015 Author Posted 10 June 2015 I posted this mainly for people's interest. Also due to the fact that it'd cost over £2.6 million to sack Shakespeare and Walsh alone if Pearson left earlier in the season.
glenelgfox Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 You know it's the off-season when people suddenly start discussing the wage structure of our coaching staff. - this topic / thread is in the playoffs competing for the most bizarre off season topic. Seriously are many of us that desperate?
cc_star Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 Computer game or no computer game, to this club they're worth more than any player
AyewJoking Posted 10 June 2015 Posted 10 June 2015 In Football Manager my bottom of the league Leicester won 7 of their last 9 matches. How fúcking stupid is that? What do you think the 'Birch' is on? what do you think happened to the balti pies?
sylofox Posted 11 June 2015 Posted 11 June 2015 I posted this mainly for people's interest. Also due to the fact that it'd cost over £2.6 million to sack Shakespeare and Walsh alone if Pearson left earlier in the season. Read my above post first. Re This point it would have cost us nothing as only Pearson was sacked (supposedly) You can just sack a manager and keep on his staff if they chose to go then you don't pay them. A little like Liverpool have sacked the back room staff and still kept the manager.
sylofox Posted 11 June 2015 Posted 11 June 2015 What do you think the 'Birch' is on? More than he was as a player thats for sure.
Karljohn Posted 11 June 2015 Posted 11 June 2015 I'm sure I read that it was 30k a year for Birch when he was not going to be kept on a few years back.
Guest Posted 11 June 2015 Posted 11 June 2015 I'm sure I read that it was 30k a year for Birch when he was not going to be kept on a few years back. that's 60k too much
casablancas Posted 11 June 2015 Posted 11 June 2015 I'm not surprised to be honest, you wouldn't believe how much those Mario brothers wanted to charge me to replace my boiler.... Best reply ever !
Rincewind Posted 12 June 2015 Posted 12 June 2015 In one of the football games on my Android the youth players are paid £5 PW. If that was real life the Thai incident may have turned very differently.
Hollism Posted 12 June 2015 Posted 12 June 2015 Just finished my first season for Leicester on FM, finishing 11th. Huth had no interest in rejoining the club despite offering 41k a week and a 800k signing bonus. We should all be very worried because obviously Huth doesn't want to stay IRL
Bagworthblue Posted 12 June 2015 Posted 12 June 2015 Whatever they are paid, they are worth the money!! Football is an odd business anyway!! Not many occupations where the employees often earn more than their bosses!! I said NOT MANY before everyone weighs in with examples !!
