I could be wrong but sure each player deserves to be in ToTW but surely those players you pick should be the best in their position they played?

You said apart from formation indeed but then you can't really make a team out of that... bar three players they are all attacking players... so it is wrong completely not just the formation. The 11 you pick must fit a known formation you shouldn't just make things up...
