What 3 goals..

Have sent you most crazy in celebration over the last 100 years?

And also which goals for the opposition have sunk you the most?

(Live at the ground obviously)

Ps. I should start really! lol

For:

1. Vardy vs man utd - explains itself

2. Drinkwater vs watford - last minute and I hate them.

3. King vs blackpool - 2 goals in 2 minutes was almost too much to handle and it was a rocket.

Against:

Burnley at home - 96th minute and totally vile.

Off the top of my head, Claridge shin, MDV Spurs, Vardy WBA (I wasn't there but still went mental).

The one that sunk me the most would probably be Middlesbrough's equaliser in 2004 after being 3-1 up.

For me -

Steve Howard's header against Leeds when we won 1-0 in 2009

Michael Morrison vs Scunthorpe the night we were handed the league 1 title - remember being sat by the away fans getting loads of stick when they were 2-1 up

Cambiasso against Man Utd gave me goosebumps last season

The one's that hurt

Troy Deeney....no more said

Vardy Vs WestBrom has to be up there, i went mental.

I don't think i was the only Leicester fan to cry a little after Watford ran down the pitch and scored after knocky missed the pen.

  • Nils vs Preston 2007
  • Lloyd vs Hereford 2009
  • Mark de Vries vs Spurs 2006

I haven't been able to go very often since we became good. :(

The ones that sunk me the most were probably the three Wednesday scored vs us to all but send us down to League for the first ever time after we were 1-0 up and Hume missed a penalty.

I don't get to many games but top 3 I've seen live probably

1) Waghorn injury time winner vs Bristol City

2) Drinkwater vs Watford

3) Dyer smashing it in off the bar vs Bolton

As for heartbreaking moments, I've been lucky not to experience many live at the ground. Probably the most disappointing one for me was when Nuge for some inexplicable reason decided to dribble towards our own goal and concede a penalty

Vardy at WBA and Burnley last season, remember enjoying Fryatt away at QPR when we beat them a few years back aswell.

Deeney obviously, it wad hard to feel sad at the time cos it didn't actually feel real. Upson's OG at everton was pretty depressing.

Vardy - West Brom away.

Fryatt - QPR away (person at the side of me dragged us both onto the people in front!).

Clemence - Nottingham Forest away (again, I can remember falling into the row in front).

Ones ive seen live

Walshes goal V Arsenal to make it 3-3 in injury time

Heskeys bundled equaliser at Wembley V Boro

Knockeart V Forest, last kick of the season to make the playoffs

Edit:

Just realised two of mine are well over ten years old.  Oh well.

Cambasso vs united without a doubt. Vardy's was insane as well obviously.

Deeney in play off semi -final. Wasn't there but remember dropping my laptop and almost breaking it pretty well.

Best: Howard vs. Leeds, Vardy vs. United, Albrighton vs. Chelsea (Lost its significance a bit with the second half)

Really tough to narrow that down to three. Honourable mentions to... Drinkwater vs. Watford, Kasper/Wood vs. Yeovil, Vardy vs. Burnley last year, Bamba vs. Man City, bizarrely Kevin Phillips vs. Blackpool - no idea why I just went a bit mental, Dyer vs. Fulham, King vs. West Ham last year, Dyer vs. Hull (for putting an abrupt end to the irritating Hull chants about Nigel) and Cambiasso vs. United. They're the ones I was at that stand out, don't go to a great deal of away games but my celebrations at home for Gradel vs. Dons and Knocky vs. Forest are up there as well.

Worst (Really struggled with these, I'm usually very good at putting them out of my mind, wasn't at Watford away and didn't go that frequently pre-L1): Dobbie for Carlisle in L1 (ruined my birthday after thinking we'd won it late on), Ross Wallace for Burnley 2-2, Peter Whittingham in the Play-Offs. Probably missed quite a few obvious ones, feels like there should be goals that hurt more than these.

1. Vardy's against West Brom - was the pinnacle of his season and our season getting that winner.

2. Vardy's against QPR a few years back, perfect flick on from Nugent, and a smack in the corner from Vardy, loved it.

3. Carl Cort's vs Chelsea, because at that point in time we were going to actually beat Chelsea away, and it went silent at the Bridge before he put it in:

Troy Deeney's of course.

Burnley away last season I thought I was in danger of having a heart attack.  :D

Massive game and Burnley miss the penalty at 0-0 and I'm still celebrating like we've scored and then Vardy does score a minute later.  :chant:

Suppose better stay in relatively modern era...

1) Roberts third against Derby

2) Walsh against Arsenal

3) Howard against Leeds

Fantastic memories of the place going mental.

I think it was Vassell (might not have been him but it rings a bell) vs Forest (when they scored and we went up the other end and equalised immediately). Went absolutely apeshit.

Lost my voice and very nearly broke my left leg. Slipped between the concrete and the seat in front.
