He has set high standards. Teams have done that and gave been made to pay by allowing our full backs, Kante, Drinkwater and Vardy more space. Just having Mahrez and Albrighton switch flanks shakes off the man markers.

I think Spurs burn a lot of bridges and clubs don't like to deal with them. The Berahino deal they wanted to pay £15m upfront then the rest as bonus payment. Also they do the deals last minute to make clubs desperate then they don't have time to invest or have the money.

CharlieCharles Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 £29M would probably be a fair price, but with the massive overpayments of players like Sterling, Caroll, Torres then Mahrez is worth 60M+ Hazard who everyone though had an amazing season in 2014/15 scored 1 more goal and got 2 more assists than Mahrez has currently now. You have to fancy Mahrez for 20 goals and 12+ assists.
