Larry_LCFC Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Erm, because they didn't consult with fans over the last one, the design of which was widley panned, and they've now abandoned trying to force the hashtag Fearless bollocks. It's good from the club to learn from their mistake and good from the fans for urging them to do so. Everyone should be praised because, as Kitchandro said, it's progress. Now they just need to strip all the #Fearless crap they've plastered the stadium in.
tom27111 Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I'd just go with a giant home shirt. More than likely the club will want 'King Power' on it, so it ticks that box, without it looking out of place. Would also sort of symbolise the supporters as the 12th man.
Fox42 Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I think we should hold up giant flags for every home game displaying quotes from NP to use to taunt the away fans. **** off and die for the Villa game, personally think it works well
Carl the Llama Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Hopefully someone submits a missing persons poster with Preki's face on it. Raise awareness people.
Captain... Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 It depends if it is going to be a one off, or a series. It would be nice to have a series of current players with legends, So Schmeichel with Banks, Shilton, Keller. Morgan with Elliott, Walsh, Graham Cross King with Izzett, Weller, Dave Gibson Mahrez with Guppy, Joachim, Frankie Wortho, Vardy with Lineker, Rowley, Chandler.
Voll Blau Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I'd just go with a giant home shirt. More than likely the club will want 'King Power' on it, so it ticks that box, without it looking out of place. Would also sort of symbolise the supporters as the 12th man. Who cares what the club want? They've specifically asked the fans what they want.
tom27111 Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Who cares what the club want? They've specifically asked the fans what they want. I almost guarantee whatever the designs are they'll be modified by the club to include King Power and possibly #Fearless.
notnow john Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Blue background white lettering. Leicester Til I Die No hashtag bolox or foxes never quit shit
Voll Blau Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I almost guarantee whatever the designs are they'll be modified by the club to include King Power and possibly #Fearless. In which case they haven't learnt their lesson and there'll be a bigger backlash. I'm going to choose to have a bit of faith in them actually wanting to let the fans decide until that happens though.
AyewJoking Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Don't think people on hear realise how much influence this place has on the club ? X amount of pages moaning about the clubs flag low and behold a week later the club come up with this? Was preki really going to be announced ? Every body moaned didn't happen Pearson sacking mk2 everybody moaned? Sako signing every moaned ? Love our club and owners.... what percentage of leicester's fan base is represented by regular foxestalk posters?
Finnegan Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 what percentage of leicester's fan base is represented by regular foxestalk posters? 0.03%
Wymsey Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 Need one of Preki imo. Preki is missing awareness. Or one mocking Derby and Forest: 'WHERE ARE YOU 'MASSIVE' TEAMS?'
AyewJoking Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 0.03% so basically we represent the flaccid penís of Bernie?
Fatbloke Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I'd just go with a giant home shirt. More than likely the club will want 'King Power' on it, so it ticks that box, without it looking out of place. Would also sort of symbolise the supporters as the 12th man. Like this idea, would also not matter so much if it rotates as the last one did.
Blue Ed Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I'd just go with a giant home shirt. Yeah sounds good..Blue Army or Foxes never quit as the name something like that.... with the number 12
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 2 September 2015 Posted 2 September 2015 I think the club have certainly made the right decision to consult the fans on this and let the fans showcase some of their own ideas on the giant flag. Hopefully it will look good, and one which everyone can be satisfied with.
