Spudulike Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 This has become a golden period in the history of our club. However, we know it can't last for ever and when the inevitable happens will memories be enough ?? Or perhaps something physical left behind to remind us, and those after us, of these heady days ?? Perhaps an upper tier or some other construction. I don't know but it would be great to have something to show for it.
Onikage82 Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 Perhaps a bronze statue of Jamie Vardy running after celebrating the winner against Man U ? Vardy epitomises this era and that never say die attitude that has become out hallmark . A cup to accompany it would be great too.
ozleicester Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 nah just wait, in ten years we'll be looking back at this and grumbling about those years when we werent winning cup finals and not making the euros every year.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 Without Nigel Pearson we wouldn't be where we are now (in the BPL) He got us promoted from League one, got into the playoffs twice I believe in the championship and after that season, promotion to the Premier League was achieved and we survived as well. He had a lot of success here and a stand named after him would be good IMO.

Spudulike Posted 18 October 2015 Author Posted 18 October 2015 I wouldn't be opposed to a structure representing Thai culture as, after all, our owners have been the catalyst to what's happening now.

A legacy will hopefully be a banner of sorts similar to the one we had that has been updated with current players. A shame that's gone.
lgfualol Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 Yeah of course. We will have #fearless on the stadium forever. I'm personally behind a Jeff Schlupp statue outside the ground

fazzyfox Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 An item of formal neckwear made from the finest materials from the owners homeland with our great escape stats embroidered on it :- A Thai Tie

Stadt Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 For real? Our owners are good but I find some of the praise for them very over the top
ithuriel Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 The Lets wait and see stand or the Nothing as really happened yet because we have had better periods in our history stand? Seriously though, I would not mind the odd statue reflecting on some of our better points in history, problem is we do have a fair few managers and players to choose from.
ozleicester Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 We'll never make the euros pah.. its this kind of negativity that prevents Leicester from becoming England!
whoareyaaa Posted 18 October 2015 Posted 18 October 2015 I'm pretty confident we are going to win a cup this year just simply because of the spirit of the team and the never say die attitude in cup games this will make the difference we just need a good run of teams.
