Aus Fox Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 We are in for the midfielder from Lech Poznan. 20 and capped by Poland. Do we need another midfielder? Looks quality though and has European experience. Man City also in for him, so could be a struggle.

Wymsey Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Thought you were dyslexic and trying to write Kyle Lafferty.
Buzzell Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Hasn't this guy been mentioned around these parts a few days ago?
benpicko Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Hasn't this guy been mentioned around these parts a few days ago? I remember when Milik was mentioned somebody said that our Polish scout was watching a Lech Poznan match for a midfielder so yeah
Górnik Leicester Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Hasn't this guy been mentioned around these parts a few days ago? Was in the January Transfers thread, where I made a few comments about him.
weller54 Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 O Karol !.. I am but a fool, ...lots of you would agree!
Phube Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Tbf, we do need more goals from midfield. Drinks and Kante are awesome, but they have contributed 0 goals this season!

sphericalfox Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Looks well balanced, fast as, has a bit of vision, and looks like he'd only get better. Gerrrimin.
Grewks Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Tbf, we do need more goals from midfield. Drinks and Kante are awesome, but they have contributed 0 goals this season! With the system we play....it's the wide midfielders/the one in behind vardy who need to contribute with more goals. Hopefully the addition of ulloa into the team will add more goals. In fact i'm more worried about the lack of goals from set pieces yet again than lack of goals from kante/drinky.
EGBFitness Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Looks a good prospect (fully based of YouTube video) Looks like he would be best suited as a no.10 linking up behind main striker?
Phube Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 And yet we're 3rd in the division. Maybe this is why we're not top!

Chester Dontlie Posted 15 February 2016 Posted 15 February 2016 Oh dear, oh dear. I wonder where did that come from? Where to even begin with young Karol... Let me say that I'd rather have Milik's mother-in-law signed by LCFC than Linetty. Unless he comes as Free Transfer and gets on the backburner for couple of years to be mentally and physically fit for his big BPL adventure, and patiently waits for a chance to shine, then sure, why not. Well, maybe if his form is going to explode through the Stade de France's roof at Euros, maybe then Linetty would be fit to clean Inler's studs... Mind you, Gokhan Inler barely gets in the squad. I sincerely hope I'm wrong and the Euros will really make him but even as an ardent supporter of Polish team I don't set my hopes too high for the lad. IMO, he's one of the weakest links in the squad. Piotr Zielinski of Empoli is only a year older and much better than him, and he's actually playing week in week out in one of Europe's top leagues, against some proper teams. And not much more costly, at least according to transfermarkt (£3m to Linetty's £2.25m). Also, please don't get seduced by some youtube 'best of' video from infamous Polish Ekstraklasa... Kramaric had a handful of those from Croatian league, and I'd rather have him back with all his flaws - known, unknown and imaginary ones - than Linetty.
