AndWhat? Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 I think some people are forgetting a certain Matty James. Won't be long before he comes back; I'd like Ranieri to give him a chance gradually, but just think he'll be sent on-loan to continue his rehabilitation. Drinky and Kante have absolutely bossed the midfield this season. No way Ranieri will play around with that when James is fit.
Bayfox Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 Good of him to be in the away end. But according to most the Internet they are his mates. Not actual Lcfc fans. Take that as you find it.
EnglishOxide Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 Not going to rock up in the away end by himself is he?
Sampson Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 Good of him to be in the away end. But according to most the Internet they are his mates. Not actual Lcfc fans. Take that as you find it. Doesn't every fan go with their friends and family? What's your point? Obviously he went with his friends.
MooseBreath Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 As if it's not already hard enough to decide on your favourite city player, drinky goes and pulls this out of the bag. Good on him, it must be very unusual for a premier league player to sit right in with the fans these days.
LCCFox96 Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 He was sat on my row about 5-6 seats along today. Proper belting out "Feed the Scousers" at one point and got well involved with the away fans. Was great to see. Boosted my like for Drinky even more! The photo was taken at HT, hence why people are sitting. Nobody was sat in the upper tier at any point during either half. Eye witness.
NEVERDIE007 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Everyone can be up and down for sometimes. But DD's performance is awesome for this season.
Mikey Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Good of him to be in the away end. But according to most the Internet they are his mates. Not actual Lcfc fans. Take that as you find it. Unsure what you mean there to be fair.
filbertway Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Good of him to be in the away end. But according to most the Internet they are his mates. Not actual Lcfc fans. Take that as you find it. ... Did you expect him to go in alone and get pally with the nearest people?
ranieri99 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 The only thing I find weird is that he got tickets with his mates. Wonder how many away tickets get given away to friends of players?
thursday_next Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 But according to most the Internet they are his mates. I have checked most the Internet, and basically apart from the stuff about Donald Trump, cats and breast cancer he is right. Apparently most Exeter City fans are convinced that Sepp Blatter is innocent, not sure what's going on there.

Unsure what you mean there to be fair. ... Did you expect him to go in alone and get pally with the nearest people? I personally didn't have a point, glad he chose to travel to an away game and chose to join the fans, however I'm sure a few on here who keeping moaning about the away ticket system will not be to pleased a player took along his mates to a game. I was just pointing out, that thanks to the world of social media, for as many plaudits as he may gain for being in with the fans, there is as many people making comments along the lines of, it's not like he is actually posing for pics with fans, just taking his mates out for a jolly. I have no problem with it, infact I was at Southend when kerrea gilbert was in the away end with us then.
Soar Fox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 The only thing I find weird is that he got tickets with his mates. Wonder how many away tickets get given away to friends of players? Each player gets given 2 tickets for friends & family. So Drinkwater would have had 2 anyway then he could just use any of the players that have spares. Nugent last season at Everton had a lot of tickets as most of his friends & family are from round that area.

Soar Fox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Oh right. So that's basically 50 tickets gone every away game. About that yes. Not many really is it when you think about it.
Carl the Llama Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Claudio99's my new favourite faux outrage merchant. Getting upset at players being allowed to get theri hands on match tickets for the team they play for. Edit: I mean Ranieri99. The 2 words are interchangeable in my head.
Soar Fox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Maybe the owners should stop coming to the ground because they are stopping other fans from getting tickets.
STUHILL Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Maybe the owners should stop coming to the ground because they are stopping other fans from getting tickets. Hogging the centre circle with their damn helicopter too, meaning other fans can't park theirs there
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Fvcking hell are people actually moaning that Danny Drinkwater managed to get tickets to the game?!? Hahahah! He should be allowed half the allocation if he bloody wants, get a grip!! lol
ithuriel Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Place is choc full of Scrooges and Marley's, :xmasohmy: more moaning at times than a porno
STUHILL Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 He was so good in the Championship for us and out of everyone, I expected him to make the step up to the Prem with most ease last year. Taken him a whole season to adapt and become the player I think most of us thought he would be. Class midfielder and if someone like Delph can get in the England squad, then Danny can't be too far behind if he keeps playing the way he is.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Let's be frank it's an unfashionable thing to say but no English central midfielder has been better than Danny this season, he's a much better player than Delph, he's the real deal, us Leicester fans have known it for ages, combination of being played out of position, playing for a team struggling and clearly being low on confidence effected him last season which is why all of us were so disappointed last season. So many fans of rival teams say things like 'yeah but I'd look good next to Kante Drinkwater is average and being carried', such utter ignorance but it's fine by me the longer people just focus on Mahrez, Vardy and Kante the more space the likes of Albrighton, Oka and Drinkwater will get.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Get him back for Man City and I fancy him to nick a goal, he's due one.
