GaelicFox Posted 31 March 2016 Posted 31 March 2016 Dip in and out of cricket, are the Windies generally everyone's second favourite team in cricket? Always wanted them to do well. They are my 2nd team as well the Small island boys serving it up to the masters of the empire Even though I'm Irish I have always supported England at cricket , well since I started following cricket , Never followed the game till I came to uni , now I'm addicted to it If Eoin Morgan lifts that world trophy on Sunday I'll crack a bottle of bubbly
leicsmac Posted 1 April 2016 Posted 1 April 2016 Kudos to the Windies, when Gayle fell early I thought they were done for. Should be a cracking final!
anstey blueboy Posted 1 April 2016 Posted 1 April 2016 roll on Sunday Leicester and England to win. I wonder what the odds will be ?
Voll Blau Posted 1 April 2016 Posted 1 April 2016 Dip in and out of cricket, are the Windies generally everyone's second favourite team in cricket? Always wanted them to do well. Definitely. Such a shame cricket is in decline there due to mismanagement from governing bodies, the disaster that was the 2007 World Cup and the influence of other sports (the Premier League's desire for global domination at work again ). Hopefully this run will do the sport some good in the region and, if England don't win, I'm glad it'll be them.
leicsmac Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Well, we're not going gently into that good night. Massive captaincy from Eoin to bring on Root second over.
Finnegan Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 You've got to love anyone that comes in to a professional team sport's world finals wearing a hefty gold chain.
Swarles Barkley Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Really need to save Jordan just for the death
Finnegan Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 What a catch that is Stokes. That'd have taken my hands off. Samuels going to have to win this on his own.
ScouseFox Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 we are 100% lobbing this down the drain nice told you so
Finnegan Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Shouldn't be really. They're not likely to hit three sixes in one over.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Shouldn't be really. They're not likely to hit three sixes in one over. Or in a row!
Nalis Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 ... Did I mention I know nothing about cricket? I dont think many of us do to be honest!
