purpleronnie Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Jeez bottled it. Awful bowling. Fair play to samuels though.
ScouseFox Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 fair play to em. should be able to defend 18 runs off the final over but that was some hitting.
Nalis Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Thought we were going to see the predictable Captain Morgan back paper headlines with Wes alongside Eoin at the start of this over.
Nalis Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Not the biggest cricket fan at all but its been a great tournament, so many class games.
SMX11 Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Another one in the slot. Great power hitting but poor skills from Stokes.
Finnegan Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Is that the women's team with the ACTUAL trophy they won earlier?
BlueSi13 Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Comedy cricket from England, but at least it's only T20.
BoyJones Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Disgraceful bowling, all in the slot for attacking shots. Why not vary pace or line. Maybe this will knock some of the arrogance out of them and make our players (Root excepted) take a long hard look at themselves. Snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
Finnegan Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Can't understand a ****ing word Braithwaite just said.
RowlattsFox Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 West Indies have been the best team throughout the tournament, delivered the big hits when it matters and not just today. Poor from stokes, brathwaite always wanted to hit leg side. Need to be bowling wide Yorkers like Jordan did.
purpleronnie Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Just nerves, we do tend to suffer them when it matters, stage fright as the womens t20 coach described it after the english cricket team bottled the semi final. West indies might be in the wilderness at Test and One day but they are world leaders in t20...playing in the IPL has had a huge effect. I hope more english players try their luck...although I know not everyone thinks they should.
EastAnglianFox Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Somebody with more cricket knowledge than me tell me why Jordan didn't take his usual last over!? Fair play to the big lad who finished it off, wouldn't fancy getting on.the wrong side of him either way.

Vacamion Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Just watched it on delay after our game. Gutting, that.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Leicester won so I still feel great, but England losing in that way as took me off cloud nine... thought we had it I can't believe what I witnessed
fuchsntf Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 Leicester won so I still feel great, but England losing in that way as took me off cloud nine... thought we had it I can't believe what I witnessed yup, sort of cloud 7 n half. If we had lost it with 2-3 overs to go, it wouldnt of been so bad. Stokes 1st ball should of been a wide yorker, but it is what it was. Feel sorry for Stokes, he puts his whole soul into it.

Fair play to the big lad who finished it off, wouldn't fancy getting on.the wrong side of him either way. Jordan normally takes the penultimate over, it is probably more important than the last.
