foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 January 2016 Posted 21 January 2016 Just seen he predicted us to win! Hopefully this doesn't continue... I think he is trying to get us higher in his prediction table so he doesn't look like the wolly he is
Jimothy Posted 21 January 2016 Posted 21 January 2016 He's actually put forward a reasonable argument for our result this week. I think he's wrong, I don't think Stoke will rest too many players, but at least that's better than "I think this will be the result because I've got a feeling".
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 January 2016 Author Posted 21 January 2016 Beliall is waiting in the wings to take over as finnaldo has either bottled it or vanished

LanguedocFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 B0llocks. I prefer it when the thatch-haired tw4t predicts us to lose.
Tuna Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 We have never lost a game this season Lawro has predicted us to win...just saying.
Manwell Pablo Posted 23 January 2016 Author Posted 23 January 2016 We have never lost a game this season Lawro has predicted us to win...just saying. Actually true, he actually doesn't get as many wrong as people think. Before villa he had around 7 or 8 correct predictions from 21, which given a football match can end one of three ways and the extent in which we've won or drawn games when many would fancy us to lose really isn't that bad. Also called the Spurs at home game perfectly at 1-1
Manwell Pablo Posted 23 January 2016 Author Posted 23 January 2016 Well pretty sure it's 1-1 well done that's two scores on the nose.
Manwell Pablo Posted 25 January 2016 Author Posted 25 January 2016 Well 1-1. Wilson_6 Vs Lawro this week. A reminder, drop me a PM for your chance to take on the "Thatch haired Twat"
Guest Posted 25 January 2016 Posted 25 January 2016 You can take him on week in week out on Superbru. I was top of the league for a while there.
Captain... Posted 25 January 2016 Posted 25 January 2016 What do you think of the scoring for this? It is massively weighted to rewarding an exact score, 1 exact score and that is the same as 4 correct results, yet getting the correct score is completely based no luck. I think it would be better to judge it based on the results, with the exact score a tie breaker if you have the same number of results. If you get 7 correct results, but no correct scores that should be better than getting 2 results spot on and 8 completely wrong.
Finnegan Posted 25 January 2016 Posted 25 January 2016 Low scoring week this week, average score in our prediction league is about 8/9. Top score was 18, I got 11 which keeps me top. Lawro gets a 4.

The whole thing is pretty luck based. Certain thins you simply can't account for like moments of madness from certain German centre halves for example
MC Prussian Posted 25 January 2016 Posted 25 January 2016 Always weighted heavily in favour of exact score. The whole thing is pretty luck based. Certain thins you simply should account for like moments of madness from certain Spanish-Brazilian forwards for example

Although I do have Leicester to finish above Everton at 3-1 with a mate of mine
