Tuna Posted 21 February 2016 Author Posted 21 February 2016 I'm at the point now where I am reminded of our title run in 2 years ago, playing against the likes of Blackpool, Yeovil and Charlton at home. None of these games will be easy. Remember Blackpool, who hadn't won a match for 40 years, had a player in charge and came here and fluked a 1-0 lead before Riyad's screamer turned it around? Very nervous about this one but very exciting times. We should win and win well but ARGH it's nerve wracking! And by the way...
ARM1968 Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Talking to a mate last night and chatting about our up coming games and teams like norwich parking the bus. He said they can't do that. You give everybody the ball. They'll have to play with it and you'll just Nick it off them again and attack. They also need points so can't be too negative. He's a Liveepool fan, but for once he might be correct.
dpjfox Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 if teams park the bus its because they know they are inferior, its up to us to break them down.
BrummieFOX Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 I don't think Norwich are a team who will park the bus. But West Brom will more than make up for that. Expect they'll try to keep it tighter than normal but we should have the opportunity to break them down.

Alex Neil is renound for playing attacking football and with their poor defence we should have plenty of chances. As you say West Brom will be a different prospect all together and will maybe be a chance for us to win the all important possession stats!

jammie82uk Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 when was the last time a team came to us in the league and was available at the bookies for odds as high as 6/1
Aus Fox Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Would be tempted to go for Gray and Mahrez, to help break these down, if we have two wingers running at fullbacks it can be very difficult to defend against. Plan B bring on Albrighton or up from full back and put Ulloa on to beat them in the air.

Plan B bring on Albrighton or up from full back and put Ulloa on to beat them in the air. Albrighton - Mahrez has been very successful linking up this season with Albrighton providing plenty of assist for Mahrez. I say keep shape and system as we have last few weeks.... then with 30 minutes to go..... bring the changes if we havn't broken them down. i have a feeling this game is not going to go to plan
VinceNoir Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 The wait is becoming unbearable now. It's only fvcking tuesday!!
fox in the sox Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 We're 2 points clear at the top of the league and we are on the home stretch, we can do this. Forget about the last few seconds of today's match, our lads will come back from this stronger. I'm going for the same team from today with Amartey in for Simpson. Their defence is fragile. I know the usual tactic is to hit with pace on the break but it may be worth going at them from the off.
weller54 Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 6,070 minutes.. And counting.. 6,071 minutes to our next goal!!!
Fox92 Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 The narrowest of losses doesn't mean we aren't still the most well equipped to win the league. We want it and the players want it, they have the right mindset and I fully believe we will go out and prove that Leicester are still serious title contenders. Kings of bouncing back. The music on that video gets me everytime. Top class video that.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 6,070 minutes.. And counting.. 6,071 minutes to our next goal!!! BrilliantWhen you put it like that it sounds like just a whisker away . . . .
UPinCarolina Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 I just want an excuse to pour a pint before noon, dammit. (And a thorough thrashing of the Canaries)

Danizen Posted 23 February 2016 Posted 23 February 2016 when was the last time a team came to us in the league and was available at the bookies for odds as high as 6/1I can remember two occasions where teams came here at huge odds. Palace in 2012 and Huddersfield in 2013 at 5/1 and 9/1 respectively. They both beat us.
