First it was, we're going to get relegated this season. Then it was, we haven't played anyone good yet. Then, we wont still be in the top half by Christmas. Then it was we wont still be top after the new years difficult run of fixtures. Then we wont be as good if all of our best players are injured. Then we wont be able to handle the pressure of being top! We now have an easier game against Norwich at home. A team that has only won a single point in their last six games and in that time have let in 18 goals...."we have a tricky run of games now!" lol I really though they had run out of reasons, but it's funny listening to them tying to find a new reason we wont win after their previous reasons have proven to be bollocks!

I've heard a couple of pundits say we'll struggle against Norwich and west brom because we are a counter attacking team who haven't come up against sides that will put 10 men behind the ball

That might have been the longest two weeks of my life. Feels about the same as waiting for the new season to start.

It's been so long, it's as if I've completely forgotten what the term "football" actually means. You could've put a ball and two players in front of me in the past few days and I couldn't have made the wildest of guesses what it's all about.

No, seriously. Thank **** the game is here to stay again. For three more months.

I bet we still counterattack and end up with less possession than them

I'm usually quite cautious/pessimistic when it comes to predictions, but I've just got this feeling that we're gonna fvckin hammer Norwich tomorrow.

We'll just have far too much for them and they won't be able to handle us. We'll be refreshed, full of energy and desperate to put the Arsenal result behind us.

I'm going 5-0 to us and the rest of the league will sit up, take notice, and realise we're massively serious about winning the PL.

COME ON!!!!

Worst is that it's quite a few of our own twitchy arsed fans saying it too :)

Liam Moore should not be playing RB for the premier league leaders. I like the kid, seems alright, got a lot to learn, may come good but starting RB for the premier league leaders. No.

Liam Moore was a star a couple of seasons back. He has had a bad run, but who in our team has not been unwanted or underappreciated elsewhere. He may be a bit risky to start as RB, but I would happily see him on the bench.

If Amartey is not quite ready I would love to see Was again. We're gonna miss him when he is gone!

Dreamt last night that we were 4-0 in 10 minutes. Then I realised it was against west brom and woke up, turned on the game and we scored in the first minute. Then I realised Norwich had no outfield players and actually woke up (I think). Not sure how this stands as an omen for today's game, but I won't trust the result, whatever it is.

Sounds like you should see a doctor you obviously have some sort of sleep disorder.

Matchday returns! Proper looking forward to today's match v Norwich and to see what happens in the other games.

I think we will win, I'm hoping so. As long as we stick to what we're good at, play our stuff, we'll be ok.

You're actually still dreaming...when you genuinely wake up, you'll find we got relegated last year with QPR and Burnley and we're routed to the bottom below Charlton and Bolton.

My mate text me last night, saying we are so near to pulling off the biggest surprise in the history of football.

He's quite right.

I do hope we see this out.

No excuses today. The lads have had a long break, we have a fully fit squad and Naaaaarch are really not very good.

I'm confident of a home win.
