Draw will be fine

Winning away at Watford is a big ask but it's a MUST WIN.

If Tottenham, Arsenal or Man City were playing them and they drew there we would all think that was a good result for us so why should we be happy with a point?

We're now in the business end of the season, single points won't be winning titles. The next seven games are very favourable for us on paper, we have to go into all these games with the mindset that only a win is acceptable and a draw is not a good result for us. If we are to win the title we need to break the back of the chasing pack so we're about 7pts clear with three games to go.

Well he is a striker so they generally only think about one thing - shooting/scoring.

Deeney is a more team front man so to speak.

Cannot complain too about Ighalo though - after all we'd be in the bottom 3 without his goals.

Fairy snuff, it's always hard to tell much from such heavily edited 'highlights'. I was hoping for something a bit juicier, really.

Deeneys commitment is unquestionable, would have fitted in well here!

So much talk about other teams and so little on this match. For me I hope to see Vardy get his scoring touch back along with Mahrez. 1 - 4 Leicester

It'd be great to see Kante in the lineup too

3 points from this match will be huge. Can't wait

Great news about Kante. Just a thought, if we finish the last 10 games of this season as we finished the last 10 of last season, would we the league? Anyway with either NG or Kingy, I fancy a 0-3 result.

Of course we would. 79 points will be enough. Spurs will drop 6 more at least. However, it does show the level of form required to put this to bed. (That would mean losing today as this is the equivalent of the Spurs game last year)

And with that team he'll win the league , E I E I O,

The news about Kanté could well be Ranieri playing some mind tricks on Watford (and any other of our remaining nine opponents along the road).

I had to chuckle at this comment from a Hornets fan on their forum:

As much as I was ecstatic that we'd been promoted, I remember feeling a sense of grief that we'd be saying goodbye to the all-spills rollercoaster that was the Championship. The Premiership by comparison seemed bland, corporate and predictable with the only real benefit being the £££.

I'm pretty sure every football fan of a Premier League club would want to drop down one league, where the football on show in general, the atmosphere and the attendances are by far superior to the PL's.

Would have taken a draw if we had beaten West Brom. A little different now but I still think a draw would be a good result, Watford are strong and don't seem to concede many goals. 0-1 away win would be lovely.

A chance to lay down a huge marker today especially if Tottenham fail to beat Arsenal.

With our run of games coming up I was us to put the big squeeze on these bastards behind us.

"Rachel is a Leicester fan, do da do da doooo!"

The timing's perfect - just ignore the 5Live-a-side part and focus on the nine hours (which was an hour ago). She loves us! :D

Watford are a very decent all round side with a quality strike pairing in Deeney and Ighalo. I feel if we deal with their attacks, and we counter attack ourselves in the way we know we can, we will win this one. I'm predicting 0-1 us.

Vardy to grab a few today

I expect us to win, but Watford are a dangerous side in attack. I think if we can keep their attack relatively quiet, then this could be an easy win for us, as we will score a few I reckon. 3-0....  :scarf:

Guest of Southampton FC today so reduced to listening on radio later. Feels weird watching a game as a neutral. Can't recall last time. Think it was Birmingham vs Oldham, early 80's when we'd got halfway to Bristol Rovers and game was called off! Still have no idea why we went to see Brum!!
