In the same way Spurs were on top when we played at white hart lane - they've passed it around a bit but offer the root of **** all from an attacking perspective. Still, pass percentages win games right?

Our style of play would really work well in international football (would need to be better in possession though) but that would definitely work Vardy to his potential too. Shame to see Welbeck playing, guys only had about 5 games since a year out and will likely be subbed for Walcott at half time - doesn't send a message out to the players actually performing every week. Hate the kit too. Out of the white and red I prefer the red one but feels like I'm watching Portugal/Chile

Are these the Joey Barton "inside their half, better blast it at the corner flag" shots because I genuinely cannot remember Germanys keeper getting it except for from backpasses. alli had a good effort just over. lallana should've scored then. cahill/kane should've scored from a corner. you said we were playing like spurs when we're not, we're actually doing the complete opposite. we've not had much of the ball but all of it we have had has been in their half and we've carved out promising opportunities and positions nearly every time. what you said was so far from what has happened in this game it was barely believable, that's all.
