Hubert Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Suspect that'll sell a few more tickets for Tuesday night to LE postcodes.
st albans fox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Welbeck ahead of Vardy. Woy is such a willy puller. I'd rather he was on the bench than out wide
ronnup Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Jesus. Henderson ahead of Danny and Welbs ahead of JV. Such a load of toss.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Drinkwater on a bad day is more effective than Henderson on a good one. Looking forward to having absolutely no midfield presence whatsoever for a third time going into a tournament under Roy
Benji Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Not the best news as they'll both play mid week and likely rest the Spurs lot.
Izzy Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Even with Drinky and Vards in the squad, the whole England set up just bores the tits off me. I haven't been excited as an England fan for the last 20 years. Same old same old shit. We'll get nowhere in these Euros as per usual. Can't be arsed with England anymore. Shame really, I was mad for it in the 80's and early 90's. Must be getting old...
TheSomersetFox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 didn't realise Welbeck was 25 now, when do we stop calling him a young upcoming player and start expecting him to hit Vardy/Kane form? Don't mind him personally, usually performs great for England too so whatever. I guess I hope he kicks on from here... for England's sake. Henderson on the other hand, is just quite shit. What does he actually do? The only thing i remember him for is when he came on in Euro 2012 against Italy that time and i'd never seen a player more out of their depth.
kingfox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Henderson & Lallana must suck Hodgson off or something.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Hoping for an absolute crunching tackle from Badstuber or someone on the mouthbreather would make my four day weekend, that
Fez of Mahrez Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Suspect that'll sell a few more tickets for Tuesday night to LE postcodes. It was already sold out, unfortunately. Shame our players will be playing closer to our next fixture, but hopefully it won't make much difference.
Koke Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 The Dutch midfield and backline was pretty rubbish tonight against France so I'm hopeful Drinkwater will boss it. Ibrahim Afellay played tonight in midfield, and Drinkwater ran the midfield against Stoke when we played them 6 weeks ago.
lgfualol Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Cool. So tomorrow we'll see a glimpse of the starting team that will get us knocked out the Euros. Channeling my inner Spurs fan: Hodgson will play the Spurs lot tomorrow, rest them for Tuesday, but play our players giving the Spurs ones a rest leading to a fresh Spurs squad for their game and a couple tired legs for us. It's a bleeddy conspiracy!!
crazylegs1984 Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 glorious news in my humble opinion , Germany are looking to carry on a winning mentality and each German player wants to make a impact could be a crunching game the more spurs players the better lose some fitness i would never wanna see a professional football player pick up a injury ............ but i would make a exception this once maybe Alli or Kane out of 3/4 weeks wouldn't be so bad and then play the Leicester lads on a easy follow through game on Tuesday im happy your happy everyone is happy apart from the spurs lads but who gives a **** about them
Matt Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Glad on one hand Vardy isn't playing because I want him rested, same goes for Tuesday. However Vardy and Drinkwater on the bench is it really any shock or surprise?
Sampson Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Hoping for an absolute crunching tackle from Badstuber or someone on the mouthbreather would make my four day weekend, that Hasn't Badstuber been injured for about 6 years?
AyewJoking Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Woy doing his team Spurs a favour in the title race. I'm certain vardy and drinkwater will play the full 90 on tuesday with less time to recover for saturday.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 What will Spurs fans moan about next week when we continue to win with players who played in the week while they still sit 5 points away.
TheSomersetFox Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 4 Spurs in that XI. What a ****ing joke. All players who pretty much deserve to be in there, with Rose getting in the XI because of injuries pretty much. Why do we have to sound so bitter and lower ourselves to Spurs' level?
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 25 March 2016 Posted 25 March 2016 Woy you've done us a favour so hopefully big chin who cannot talk properly gets injured, leaving the way for England's real number nine to stake a claim
