Must have missed the memo...crime of the century. I'll take my ban like a man.

Feel for Butland especially with the euros coming up, hope it isn't bad

Same here, limited opportunities with Hart in goal but getting injury without any contact is usually a bad sign and with how upset he looked he probably knows he is ruled out for summer now too

We don't look to bad going forward but defensively we will get punished against any decent teams

Been story for at least the last 20 years

Hoddle saying our first half has been excellent? Have we had a shot on Target? Can't remember one.

yes we have. until butland went mental we'd had one and germany had had one.

anyone who doesn't think that was a pretty good performance, away at the world champions is ridiculous. it's not surprising, we could be 4-0 up away and people would still say "oh dat henderson pass wot shit". that was a very good half compared to what i expected. we've looked much more threatening than germany (the world champions) in germany. yes we're 1-0 down, unluckily, but that's not too important in a friendly, it's the performances. and this one's been tidy.

Apart from Alli I can't say I was impressed by anyone.

Slow build up, sitting too deep, little support and just not looking switched on (especially that Welbeck opportunity)

Add Wooney into the team and you've got the perfect formula for failure in the euros lol

Someone must of said this but why the **** is Henderson even in the squad?

Genuinely one of the worst performances i've seen from a player at the KP this season and he's been shit all season.

I thought Kane looked good

Really? They have scored twice without doing anything particularly clever. Welbeck and Alli have looked decent, Rose burst forward once, otherwise...? Pretty poor, but as you say, it's not the result, it's the performance, and we'd be here for years conceding 2 every 45 and scoring one every blue moon.

everyone going forward has looked sharp. we've had nothing to do defensively until our keeper got injured.

It wasn't that good a performance though - It's better than I expected, I was expecting England to be completely and utterly kerb-stomped, but the defence has looked last ditch more than should be comfortable, and you've not fashioned many, if any, great chances.

You've had territory and just wasted it, touches around the outside of the box and long range shots but none that I remember from inside the box. It's not far off, in that if you changed your approach play and didn't just try and pass it a bit then shoot from crap angles you'd be fine, but...

He has looked OK, been abit of a nuisance holding the ball up well, good strength and linking well but nothing to get particularly carried away with currently

well the first "goal" was given as offside, and the second one our keeper was injured. not exactly like they're battering us. they've barely crossed the half way line other than that.

our pressing and energy has been fantastic and if we'd had our shooting boots on we'd be winning easily.

Pretty boring tbh. but England have been the same for a few years. The last exciting team was in the 70's when Wortho played a couple of games but the FA said we cannot have Leicester players in, change the manager.

Why are people so negative about England on this forum? We went 100% in qualifying and seem to have a vibrant young squad with a couple of Leicester City lads in it.

Either get behind the lads or watch something else You moaning ****ers the voice on bbc1 should be right up ur street.

Leicester and England till I die.

you've spent your whole life pretending not to be english even though you are, we could win the world cup and you'd still pick faults that aren't there so i'm not really arsed.

I actuallly think the Spurs guys have done well.

Clyne is playing shit and was one of the 4 or so players who gave Kroos all the time in the world to shoot.
