So Souness's first senior club was Spurs but he never played for them. Can't find any other reason why he's so miserable about us being top. It's such a weird negativity.

Unbelievable. 72 points. Wow.

Kingy's influence is widely felt across the squad

Wouldn't listen to what Souness has to say, he put Branislav Ivanovic in his team of the season.

He has been one of our worst players this season.

Take nothing away from Leicester, you guys deserve it more than anyone. I've even started jumping for joy when you score!

Quite so... He layed into Khaboul who I thought was absolutley immense for them and most certainly their MOTM... When a pundit misses something as evident as that, he's not worth listening to...

All the penalty bollox discussion at half time, none were even close, not even Shinji's in my view... Just a desperate attempt to sound opinionated, when it really wasn't worth sharing in the first place...

And breathe...

Anyway great result :-)

Souness looks so miserable and angry at the same time it's actually funny. He is absolutely fuming that we won. Friggin dinosaur.

Hope Utd can pull off a miracle 2nd half.

Looks like he's had a massive bet on Spuds to win the league to me.....pr*ck

All of this talk about Mahrez's head not being in it sounds like bollocks to me. Why can he not just be short of form without their being something sinister in it? The reason you keep Mahrez on the pitch is because he can come up with something special. He nearly did so today but couldn't decide whether to shoot himself or put Vardy in after a lovely mazy run in the second half. He has never been one to track back, he can't tackle and he doesn't fancy a header. But he's a bloody good player and has done enough to be able to have a couple of below par games without people accusing him of wanting to leave the club.

I think there is something to be said for playing okazaki. He runs around like a headless chicken and is crap at heading the ball but I think his role is to tire the opponents out. Job done and we bring on someone for the kill

I think his form has dipped for quite a few weeks now personally.

Today we looked better actually when he came off.

We've been saying this all season. When you watch him individually, you wonder what he offers. He doesn't score prolifically. He falls over a lot.

But just look at where we are and the stats with him in the side. Tells its own story.

Cold weather? Its April.. and he was great over the winter!

I think its more likely his head was slightly elsewhere today mate.

Did you notice Amartey was wearing gloves when he came on? Big girl's blouse. Not that i'd say that to his face...

Thought we were quite good today. Patient and solid.

The Mahrez criticism is weird. Is he not allowed to just have a bad game? His head turned by Barcelona ffs

Of the two who may go in the summer I would be less unhappy to see him go. Kante looks genuinely irreplacable.

He probably wants to be like Mahrez.

Open season on Mahrez today ?

P.S.: To the many Haters, don't worry: he is not staying.

Bloody hell you Mahrez fans are touche!

I'm with you on this one he hasn't performed the last few games for whatever reason. If you cannot get yourself up for  a Team winning the league, What is going to inspire you.

We cannot afford any passengers at this time of the season. Especially when the likes of King would have offered more in midfield today.

Will you be going with Mahrez and close the door on the way out then, please?

I had a hinch you would show up, proving my point again and again.

"I had a hunch".

And no, you got the wrong guy. The people we're mostly against are the people who only show up when Mahrez has played badly and who imply we've got something against Mahrez when in fact we criticize his performances when we he's played badly.

Get my drift?

And please: The door is still open. Mind.

Mahrez was aweful today, worse than the Saints Game

I think this is coming after playing in Addis Ababa with us ( Ethiopia vs Algeria )

at 2600 meters of altitude, he was breathless in that game and since

I hope he'll recover soon

Come ON you Lestaaaaaaaa

Excellent context for us to bear in mind, along with Sunderland being beyond desperate in their pressing.

He did have 3 players on him at all times, as well, and he still works hard when we don't have the ball, so we shouldn't be too tough on him.

Very happy today, yes Spurs won, but between Sunderland and West Ham we have our hardest remaining 2 games against teams with something to play for. 1 down and 3 points - can't see us losing this now. Beat West Ham and it's all over for me!
