Mezeker Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Draw, even if we play better against better opposition we have been mediocre lately even though we are pulling out wins. 1-1 or 1-2.
waddadamadda Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Gutted I'm missing this. Before they change led the fixtures I booked to go to Brighton to see my sister run the marathon and lent my season tickets to a friend. Would it be inappropriate to ask for them back?'
KFS Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Extremely difficult game. Lots of players to manage for sure
americanfox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 This is going to be such a difficult match, but I believe in our team. Let's do this!
HKFox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 another very tough game, west ham looked good against arsenal. Maybe a benefit to us is the cup reply with united being this week. Payet, Carrol this will be a huge test for us to keep another clean sheet. hardest match left of the season i feel.
Captain... Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 So many games before we play West Ham, Spurs vs United, United vs West Ham FA cup mid week, United and Man City play on Saturday so West Ham's season could be over by the time they play us, or they could be in the FA Cup Semi, or in the hunt for champions league, or both. Andy Carroll looked immense yesterday and Payet is dangerous, it all depends whether they have anything to play for, come out and attack us or sit back or suffer a hang over from midweek. So many factors affecting West Ham, whereas we are top of the league by 10 points!!!
Stevosevic Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Massive game, need to keep winning. They'll attack us.
WesMorganGod Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 haha pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.. we ain't conceding. 3-0 to us, will be wrapping up our prem trophy after this result. So close now!!. I can't wait for Morgan to dominate Payet and Carrol. West Ham are a good team but they got nothing for us, nothing can stop the journey now, doesn't matter who we play.
Foxhateram Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Win this and I think it will be job done. I think we might need to change the way we play back to our attack style though. I can't see us being able to soak up pressure against this lot, payet and carroll are a real threat. Think we need to go all out and score more than them.
Donut Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 It doesnt matter who we play right now, id fancy us, there is a determination about the squad to get the job done, and im confident we will beat West Ham
Lestoh Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 haha pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.. we ain't conceding. 3-0 to us, will be wrapping up our prem trophy after this result. So close now!!. I can't wait for Morgan to dominate Payet and Carrol. West Ham are a good team but they got nothing for us, nothing can stop the journey now, doesn't matter who we play. Do you own a 'Champions' scarf?
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Will be more of a football match than sunderland game.... but with Carrol they have a player who could trouble us in the air, especially if we let them get good crosses in from creswell/antonio. A lot depends on what west ham turn up next week, as west ham have a tough fa cup game against man u midweek. so if they give a lot in that game their players might be tired. they might also pick up a few injuries or knocks. obviously the main threat will be payet, lanzini, antonio, and carrol. in fact west ham will be one of our toughest games, they've lost less games than arsenal and man city.
americanfox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Must win Well isn't the point of a seven (or nine or ten) point lead that any given game (well two, but maybe three) isn't a must-win? Do you own a 'Champions' scarf? No he has Wes Morgan's face tattooed on his left cheek of his arse and Wes Morgan lifting the trophy on the right
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 One of the best sides we have left to play. West Ham are an excellent side, balanced throughout with players of real class. Their certainly worthy of a top 6 finish for me. Hopefully we can get a positive result. I think we can, we just need to stay calm and focused, contiune to play/do what we're good at and support our boys in blue for the entire match. Support from the fans is important for the remainder of the season, and I'm confident we will contiune to do so.
thegaffa Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 If he is 100% fit I would play schlupp instead of mahrez in this game, I know it may be an unpopular opinion/decision but I think he would be more suitable in getting a result
