Happy Fox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Okazaki and Ulloa upfront no question about it. They will get the goals.
STUHILL Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I think Claudio should stick to 4-4-2 and play Okazaki in the Vardy role. To change the whole system added to the nerves and importance of the game, would probably be too much I think. Have a plan B with a change of formation and players like Gray and Schlupp to come on, if we are struggling to create things. I have faith Ulloa and Okazaki can form a decent partnership and with Mahrez hopefully seeing a lot of the ball, and Albrighton's crosses should be much better suited to Ulloa in the air.

Spot on this. I think we need to start with the system/formation that has worked this season, and given the match (Vardy not available) it wouldn't be so much of an adjustment for the players. I'm not against other systems and we've got the players to try new systems, but it's just how well the players would adapt. Hopefully Ulloa can continue to perform to a high standard following his West Ham display. I think Okazaki can score goals, in the box he's excellent due to his close control, awareness and positioning. Next season I think he might add a lot more goals to his game.
Gerard Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Please win Leicester. My anxiety level are already far too high to be healthy from last week. Not winning tomorrow and they'll go through the roof.

At the same time it's important for the fans to keep supporting the team throughout the match, and to try to create a positive atmosphere.

No matter what happens tomorrow, we will still be top and it will still be in our hands. We have beaten Man U, Everton and Chelsea since we have been in the Prem and can do it again so we must continue to create a positive atmosphere and never lose faith
st albans fox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Feels a bit like pre Stoke Needed a home win after two 0-0 draws We weren't playing too well We ground them down first half and came out comfortable winners in the end
Benji Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I'd pay a lot of money for a comfortable game. I'm not reaching the age of 40 if this continues.
coolhandfox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I'm sure Claudio has a plan, he surely know that Vardy would miss a game sooner or later! 2-0 for me
foxinsox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I think you are probably about right buddy Bring on the pace of Schluppinator and Gray second half of we need to
Bobby Hundreds Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Got a feeling Albrighton is gonna ping one in.
foxinsox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I think you are probably about right buddy Bring on the pace of Schluppinator and Gray second half of we need to 442 to start, going to 433 if not winning comfortably. Sigurdson needs watching, but we should be comfortable otherwise.
WigstonWanderer Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 On Foxes Player the Ranieri pre match interview was a bit longer that the other clips I've seen. He didn't give much away about tactics, but did appear to be keeping his options open regarding formation and selection. I wouldn't rule out him doing more than just replacing Vardy with Ulloa.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I'm so torn as to whether I'd just swap in Leo who undeniably deserves a start or put demmy wide with mahrez moving to 10. Think I'm leaning towards the latter just because the second half shinji for ulloa swap makes sense on so many levels. Having said that I guess you could go 2 up top and bring gray on for shinji in the second half, changing shape at that point. Real toughy for Claudio this week but i trust he'll get it right
Bluetintedspecs Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Think of the immense pressure on Spuds when we win!

foxes_rule1978 Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Think of the immense pressure on Spuds when we win! There will be pressure, especially with less games, just hoping West Brom aren't as bad as Stoke. For Spurs to feel pressure, they need a side that will battle
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Whoever starts against Swansea I'm pretty sure we should win... And come Tuesday i've got a feeling we will be 8 clear
Manwell Pablo Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Think of the immense pressure on Spuds when we win! Their in deep shit if we win and they fail too. Sadly I've got them nailed on to beat baggies, its all about what we do and it's all about how we cope without vardy, win tomorrow pressure is not only on for baggies game but more importantly Chelsea as regardless of what we do at old Trafford if they drop points at the bridge we will be playing an Everton side that can't win for toffee (no pun intended) at home In a atmosphere they will probably hear down in London with a chance of sealing the deal.
Legend_in_blue Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 There's no pressure on Spurs on Monday night at all. It all begins next week at Chelsea, that's where the pressure starts. The pressure is squarely on us this weekend. Here's hoping Claudio's laid back approach to the press conference yesterday has a positive effect on the players.

Just match them for the next two rounds of matches. Do that and they need every result to go there way for the rest of the season.

Exactly and if we go 8 points clear as I expect then Baggies turn up result wise like against us....boom! If not we go again firmly in box seat wiith games running out!
Bluetintedspecs Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 That's the spirit BTS Positivity I love it Up the Foxes It's less stressful mate
