Blame is completely at vardys door. Ref was throwing cards around, he was already on a booking and he should have known better.

Reaction unforgivable.

Claudio should have taken him off at h/t. Anyone could have seen it coming.

Have a day off.

You don't have to take the opposite opinion to everyone on absolutely everything.

Get a grip man! Vardy wasn't looking out of ordinary at all, he was hardly close to his usual self in terms of tackles yersterday. Unfortunately that yellow for the earler tackle got him this time, didn't deserve that at all. If you're done for diving I epect you to be yellow carded, can't stand diving at all. And Vardy completely played for that, way worse than he has before. Ref was right to send him off in that sense.

Playing for it and diving are two different things. He plays for a lot of penalties. He runs across defenders, he slows down and waits for them to barge him over, he nicks it away from them at the very last second so there's no avoiding bringing him down.

What he did yesterday was too obvious and definitely not a penalty. But you can't deny there was a tangle of legs. If you're saying Vardy dived, you have to say the defender dived as well. They both hit the floor.

To add insult to injury, a far more obvious dive (considering there was no contact that would make him fall over) is rewarded with a penalty at the other end.

No excuse for the referee's inconsistencies in those decisions.

Anyone think that Vardy's first yellow could potentially be seen as a booking for the West Ham player? No contact whatsoever, just goes down. Same with Payet going down on a booking, it's one thing to book a player for diving and another to do it to everyone during the game

I am so damn upset about this. When we scored our first goal yesterday I was so happy, I really thought we were going to win 1-0 again and then that son of a bitch referee sent Vardy off for nothing. I have to concede, having seen the replays that Vardy did dive. I can forgive him that, players do it all the time. Week in week out you see it in almost every game. But it was a fair enough decision from the ref so why on earth was he thinking shouting obscenities at the referee for it? We need him, he's our top scorer and we have some difficult games coming up. Even our easiest game, against Swansea is far from certain without him, but what do we do if he's banned for extra games because of this?

And how many games? I can see this being more than just one extra because he was agresive and swore at the ref and they're going to make an example out of him because of that, it wasnt just refusing to leave the field and complaining. What if he gets three games? Or even four?

Vardy doesn't just give us goals, I am not worried only about that, Our team is capable of scoring if given the chance, the issue is that without Vardy the opposition isn't under nearly as much pressure, they will have more time to set themselves, and wont be nearly as nervous. I honestly think we are in trouble now. I just hope they give him a warning and we only miss him for one game.

Spurs have the bit between their teeth, they have done for weeks. They blew Utd away in a matter of minutes and they hadnt beaten then at home for years and years. I hate to say it but they are going to win all their remaining games, which means we can't afford to slip up. Does anyone honestly think they will lose tonight? I think they're going to demolish Stoke and they'll be right on our tale again.

So depressed right now.

It wasn't a dive by the West Ham player, Vardy had slid in to block the ball and was in the process of pulling away after it had gone. The West Ham player carried on in the same direction and I don't think he knew exactly where Vardy was so went over his body. It wasn't intentional by either player so a booking in that incident was ridiculous.

Other fans quick to point out that Moss was the same guy that gave us 2 penalties at Everton. Both were correct pens though.

He run across the defender yeah but he throws his legs in to the defenders legs and path without a thought. Defender went down because of the contact, Vardy went down from the dive it's different.

Anyone saying he deserves it isnt looking at the bigger picture! Rooney, Terry , and even Roy Keane used to get away with time and time again calling the ref every swear word in the book. Why cant the FA be consistent - warn all clubs before season that swearing will be an automatic improper conduct charge?? its pretty simple ! i get pre warned at work for things ! shocking how incompetent the FA is and picks and chooses who to ban and when

There's a warning in every changing room about this across the country - at any standard.

The biggest concern for me is scoring without Vardy.

I know we should be able to draw without Vardy but this team needs 3 pts.  We are likely going to have to play for alot of 1-0 games which is always dangerous because an equalizer is all it takes to take away the 3pts.  Without the threat of Vardy's pace on the counter how long can the defense holdout while giving the opponents the majority of the possession.

Dele Alli got away with diving last week too, didnt even get booked, would have been his 2nd yellow too,

He was booked for the dive, it was his only booking.

ok we all understand that hes been banned and maybe banned for more games, he shouldnt of done what he did end of

but whats getting me angry is the media today, and a lot of LCFC fans (supposedly) are stating in certain words its over and its spurs title now ??

Fact remains that if I was horrifically shit at work I'd be reprimanded. Give Moss the bollocking the fat useless twat deserves and we might not feel so bitter about it. I've had much better refs in Sunday League so I'd be fuming if I was playing in the biggest game of the season and this clown was 'refereeing' or whatever it was he was doing, mainly running around with shit in his pants.

I reckon you've been spending too much time lurking in the boys changing rooms ;)

Fair enough haven't seen that challenge back much just saw it real time. No contact in the challenge so didn't know if it was a dive. Ridiculous booking
