Vardy & LCFC Charged by the FA - Charges Accepted & Personal Hearing Requested

Some ridiculous posts on here. I love Vardy but it was a dive. He called him a c unt and they guy reported it, hes gonna get a an extra match ban. He lost his head, fair enough it was a huge match.

We'l have to do the the slightly harder way.

Conspiracy? Come on lads behave.

Harry Kane leg break comments are well out of line aswell. Grow up.

Top notch work by the FA. Vardy is the first player ever to swear at the ref I am sure. We need to look to the example other teams are setting on 'how to control your players.' For example.... here are the Chelsea players letting the ref know what a fantastic job he is doing:

The biggest concern for me is scoring without Vardy.

I know we should be able to draw without Vardy but this team needs 3 pts.  We are likely going to have to play for alot of 1-0 games which is always dangerous because an equalizer is all it takes to take away the 3pts.  Without the threat of Vardy's pace on the counter how long can the defense holdout while giving the opponents the majority of the possession.

I just think Vardy being out will completely change the dynamic of the way we play and the way the opposition responds to us. I'm just hopign that somehow Vardy is jut given a warnig and a fine and they leave his ban at one game. One game against Swansea we can cope probably, another 1-0 win maybe.

We can hope that Vardy just gets a large fine and a warning, but sadly a ban for a second match seems likely, as with Costa and others. They'd struggle to justify more than 1 extra match, surely?

Regardless of your opinion of the penalty/dive incident, his reaction after getting the red card cannot be condoned, I'm afraid.

Initially, he started to leave the pitch after a few choice words. If he'd left it there, he might have got away with it - as many players do when they tell the ref to "fvck off" in the heat of the moment.

But he turned round, came back towards the ref and shouted some more. Thankfully, after a few words from other players, he had enough sense to leave at that point or it might have been even worse.

The FA cannot let him get away with that. If they did, they could have other players refusing to leave the pitch after red cards - and there's always the risk of it causing crowd trouble.

I reckon the best thing he can do is apologise for his behaviour after the red card, citing the heat of the moment and the fact that he's not done anything like that before (I think - he gets a few cards, but can't remember other such incidents).

He could even turn Moss's diabolical performance to his advantage. He could say that he was angered by what he saw as a wrong decision (the FA will know that the red card was at least debatable and that most commentators think Moss had a stinker), but that he knows that he should have accepted the ref's decision.

As someone else commented, there might also be an option to effectively choose which extra game(s) he's banned from by requesting a personal hearing. Depending on the timing, that might allow him to play at Old Trafford and serve his likely extra ban v. Everton.....though whether that would be better is a matter of opinion.

Time for others to step up....and they will! Leo Ulloa was straight to the front of the queue when called upon yesterday, with Kasper not far behind. Time for us lot to show some belief, too!

Let's be honest, Vardy deserves any ban he gets. He has let his team mates down by trying to cheat. All very sad, as he has been inspirational this season.

This is the part in the Movie where disgruntled so called Leicester fans turn on him.

Moss will be in charge of Everton v United in the cup semi final. Good luck to both sides.

He's in charge of Arsenal/West Brom on Wednesday and Arsenal have hated him long before this incident. I'm almost interested in that game now.

We need to stick up for him and show support, not turn against him.

If you are telling me that you wouldn't have called Jon a Moss a Cvnt after his performance then you are a better person than 99% of the population.

Oh he messed up but I still feel was harshly treated giving other players were getting away with even more cynical dives

Spurs might think that this will be the final blow that will sink our miracle title dreams, but in reality the FA banning Jamie Vardy will just send him on an Inigo Montoya-esque revenge mission.

You do know what happened to Inigo Montoya.

I'm not arguing that Vardy should walk, I'm arguing that Moss shouldn't. Why the **** should Moss get to walk away from that disaster of a game without even being quizzed by literally ANYONE. Doesn't happen in my workplace when I have an absolute stinker so why should he get to literally walk away from that display without even having to open his mouth. Disgusting. INFURIATING.

well we need to step it up now.... in adversity we need to show we are more than one man team.... we need to show that players like ulloa, okazaki, gray, schlupp, king can all step up and help make history.

fu*k 'em... if they want to ban him for two game let it be.... we can still win those games.... even at old trafford.... we have to beleive

no point having this negativity that we are bound to lose now.... we've prove this season anything is possible.

We can Win 3 games .... or even draw a couple and win 2

Just look at the photo for Fuchs sake.

There is swearing in the heat of the moment when something happens "oh **** off", and there is doing this...

As angry as I am there's no conspiracy here, we're just doing it the Leicester way. Siege mentality from here on out and let's get behind the lads even more so especially Leo, Shinji and Riyad.

I don't think anyone's saying it over.

But it has become much more difficult now with Vardy's suspension.  Anyone saying otherwise has their Plastic Cup Blinders on.
