Moss is a cvnt but Vardy was out of line, but it was a big match and in some ways I can't blame his reaction but them the rules.

The problem that I see here is that we'd be potentially facing games that last for 100 or more minutes due to the amount of penalty decisions or controversial encounters between referees and players on the pitch or games being put on hold for a few minutes due to trouble on the pitch or similar. Imagine how that'd take the excitement and tension out of pivotal matches nearing the classic 90-minute mark.

 

Not that I'd condone such a scenario - but how should or can the rules change in order to guarantee a good game flow in the years and decades to come?

I'm gutted, not just for us but for Vardy too. Chin up though, we have Ulloa who has shown time and time again he can score goals when it matters.

I'm more angry at what referees can get away with and nobody is allowed to question it. Why shouldn't people be allowed to criticise their performances without fear of repercussions?

Where's this "3 games" coming from? He's not getting more than 1 extra game, there is absolutely no recent precedent for it when you look recently at Costa etc. If he had any sense he'd have bitten his lip, apologised and be done with it. The rest of the team won't have helped by winding Moss up in the tunnel, he'll have taken out any annoyance with us in his report on Vardy knowing that's where the damage could be caused. Fingers crossed Vardy gets a chance to apologise to everyone and get away with it based on the intensity of the situation, but if not, it's 2 in total and any more there is serious foul play going on so chips off your shoulders at least for this one.

If the charge against LCFC solely relates to not being able to control the players in the aftermath of the dive that created their penalty call, I'm not sure in that situation how the players could possibly be restrained by the management at the club.

the vardy "charge" is annoying but in the end inevitable, he was on sky sports 1 clearly pointing in the ref's face calling him a f ucking c unt. understandable but wrong and was always going to be highlighted.

The irony as far as LCFC 'failing to control their players' is that Jon Moss failed to control the game but has got away with it.

 

If it wasn't for his inabilty to control the game, none of this would have happened.
