digitalalba Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 According to Tierry Henry on Sky Sports news. Some of these 'experts' keep hinting at our best players leaving in the summer like they're done deals, like there's no way City could hold onto them. If that is the case, and Vardy, Mahrez, Kante, Schmicheal, Drinkwater and Fuchs leave, what's the freaking point of us ever doing well??
lgfualol Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Going to Arsenal would ruin them with injuries. They should stay with us to avoid it.
MattyFromLE Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Personally, I think Kante/Mahrez are the most likely to go (if any do). But if we win the league, why would they want to leave?! I mean: - Money: Yep, got that. - Champions League: Yep, got that. - Guaranteed First 11: Yep, probably. - Settled, good team spirit: Yep, got that. Unless a Barcelona, or Real Madrid came in for them, they'd be silly to go. IF they went to another English club, I'd consider that a bit of a sideways step?
davieG Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 They've been linked to them since the beginning of the year.
weller54 Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Listening to Henry now and his views on the title race... Another Spuds convert!

Decent arguments there, how about, Massive Champions League knockout games, nope, not got that, never gonna get that??? Playing in front of 60,000 every home game, nope, not got that. Live in a mansion
The Horse's Mouth Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 They're more likely to win something here than at Arsenal
HighPeakFox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Did he follow up what he said with 'Fact - end of'?
digitalalba Posted 22 April 2016 Author Posted 22 April 2016 Did he follow up what he said with 'Fact - end of'? True, but he will know shit in the Arsol camp?
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 They've been linked to them since the beginning of the year. Same sort of time our analyst went across to Arsenal.
les-tah Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Wow arsenal know how to ruin a career... So many players including the Ox and theo have declined since being at arsenal.
Westerby Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Henry and Wenger meet every Friday at a cafe in Enfield. Wenger tells him everything that goes on at Arsenal, but asks him not to repeat it. Henry thinks it better to disclose all Wenger's secrets on Sky TV. Wenger keeps telling him things he doesn't want repeating!
Gerard Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Listening to Henry now and his views on the title race... Another Spuds convert! Good, the more people who think we will bottle it and Spurs will win their last four games the better. It puts the pressure on them and takes it from us. I wonder if the fan guest morons on Radio Leicester who were saying "we'll win this with three games to spare" and "It's done and dusted" are reevaluating their thoughts as it was never going to be this easy, the clueless bellends.
foxy boxing Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Arsenals obsession with everything Leicester goes on and on....
GaelicFox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Can't stop the players leaving , if they want to go let them go Its not possible to keep players if they want to leave Yes we should pay them bumper salaries that the club can afford But ultimately it might not be just about cash So if they want to go let them go and wish them well Cambiassio left we survived , we will survive, the club is stronger than any player or group of players
Dan Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 I'd be very disappointed if we lost either to Arsenal. I'd naturally be disappointed to lose them to anyone but at least with a Barcelona or Real Madrid you could accept it's a genuine powerhouse of world football. Arsenal ambitions stretch as far as qualifying for the Champions League, and for me both players are better than that. We've managed that with a fraction of their budget.
ajthefox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 They're only gonna leave for a club who regularly push for the CL like Barca or Madrid, no chance are they going to Arsenal.
Larry_LCFC Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Join arsenal, the biggest bunch of bottlers in the premier league.

I only want players here who want to play for Leicester City. If they are that head turned and stupid to want to leave to sit on benches or be part of an ego ridden squad, then we don't want them near us as they will ruin team spirit and they wont give us their complete commitment. The club will soon find players who want to play for us and will give us that passion which has so stood out in the past 4/5 seasons.
HighPeakFox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Pundits have talked assumptive crap about us all season, so it will continue.

Living in London over Lestah I guess is a factor - especially if you are rich.
RedSoxUK Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 I'm not being funny, Arsenal fans. But, seriously, you literally cannot afford them.
Grewks Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 If we don't win the league, they'd fit in well down there.
