Clattenberg's communication is excellent, keeps the situation calm by making the rationale for his decisions clear and consistent.

This. Like any really good ref he wants to be in the background as far as possible

The difference between this ref and last week is night and day.

What I've noticed about your team is that you seem to nick a lot of balls at the last moment, not necessarily caring where they end up - i.e. instead of tackling to win the ball and be in a position to do something with it, you seem to try and disrupt whatever the opposition is doing. I haven't seen other teams do this - and I wonder if it's glossed over as 'work rate' in the media.

Is this something you've done for a while? It seems very effective.

That sounds about right.  If a team wants unthreatening possession, we let them have it.  When they move into attacking areas, we work to interrupt the attack, expecting we will be able to recover the ball and start a counterattack.  Kante is a master at this.

Thank God. Half time. Stuck in a chavvy pub in Milton Keynes with the whole place pissed and nobody watching except me. No sound. Maybe not a bad thing if it's Tyler! Come on Foxes!

This post really blew up, didn't it?

JEFFREY SCHLUPP take a bow. What a first half from that guy. Keep this going, cut out the silly fouls around our box and look to hit on the break. Ulloa playing great and Kante is simply the best midfielder in the Prem.. Fact.

I don't think this is true, he leads example on the pitch and the players take their cue from him. Ulloa gets scythed down, feels the leg rake down his leg, looks at Clattenberg who clearly communicates "Hard luck, he got the ball, play on".

I thought we were a bit jittery at the end of that half

Trying to play our way out of trouble a bit too much instead of just hoofing it. I have to apologise Claudio, I wasn't totally convinced with how we set up today but it looks spot on. That first goal was huge to releive the pressure
